Worst service, unhygienic bedsheets they're is not heater worst pillows and mashroom are growing in the corner of the bed, don't book this hotel at all they are showing different pricing in Oyo after checking in to the hotel they are saying they are not doing any business with Oyo and Asking for double the amount, Shame on this hotel manager if this hotel is not doing business with Oyo they should have to remove it from the Oyo and doesn't allow customers to book. after doing everything and went to the hotel they are playing cheap tricks like this because of these hotel people I lost half of my day. I went there with my family it's late night I don't have other choice I have paid extra money

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone next time. They don't even have a power backup , I was sitting in darkness for atleast half n hour. There are bed bugs, air condition cooling isn't great. I was actually cheated by the receptionist while booking the hotel. I booked it through Oyo rooms and i reached the place 2 hours prior, my actually tariff was 1035 on Oyo but i had to pay 1500 rupees for early check in, even OYO team couldn't help me in this issue they said we can't do anything with this. So i booked this place through OYO for another day at 995 rupees, next day morning I get a call from reception desk saying you cannot continue this stay because we don't accept 2 days continuous booking through OYO rooms and if you want to continue this stay pay 1200 rupees God knows why. Again he said it is early check in charges, how can someone charge early check in charges when someone already is staying in the same room, basically they want to extort extra money from customer because they won't be getting more benefits when booked through OYO rooms and if this is the case they should themselves delist their name from the OYO app . I even raised this issue to OYO rooms business development Vijaywada Manager Mr. Naren, he was really helpful he visited the property but unfortunately I wasn't there at that time, he listened to my issue but i did not get any solution to my problem. On his part he must have done is work nicely but my problem wasn't solved. Unnecessary charging extra charges from customers is very sinful. If you are not satisfied from the commission you pay to third party for listing yourself on their site than you yourself should delist your name rather than charging extra money and giving excuses .

Worst experience for Check in.. although we booked in Oyo & paid total fare... They demanded additional fare for Check in... Even they did not know how to talk to customers.. worst ever

Booked party hall in Rs 27K for 1st floor, 9 am to 3pm Gathering around 200 persons Chairs 123 Located in nice area, parking will have to manage in street (but good space in street)
