Worst experience....price is 2500 per room but no wifi connection even mentioned services nothing is provided even basic toiletries are not even provided after calling the reception still they didn't provide....door is in worst condition literally got stuck for 20min or more..... literally a bad experience in such a price point at jorhat. I would never suggest anyone to stay there .

I booked a room for 6 of my family members for a day over the counter for Rs2500! After confirming payment they didn't provide an extra mattress which we asked for. They initially told us that they will charge an extra Rs500 for the mattress, on agreeing they further said that not more than 5 people are allowed in a room. If that was the case then they should have told us at the beginning. We could have searched a better place with minimum comfort.

Very bad experience despite many reminders dish recharge was not done. Also cannot call reception using the landline from rooms utter nonsense service. Very unprofessional. I stayed in room no. 305 on 10.09.2023

Good service, good location but rooms are not very good according to the price.

Rooms were not maintained clean. We were in the 2nd floor and lift stopped working the first day and no effort was made to repair it. We had to climb up the stairs many time.. Which was so unprofessional of them. Food was average, yet very pricy.

Totally Value for money , staff behaviour is very professional and welcoming. Rooms are clean, decent and room service is remarkable too. Food is on the costlier side but thats not a concern as the hotel allows food from outside if needed. Breakfast is provided complimentary as well, parking space is quite decent as well.

It is one of the best hotel in the city of Jorhat . The manager and staff are friendly. The room is neat and clean and comparatively cheaper than the other hotels . Couple entry is allowed with valid ID proof. The best part of the hotel is its cleanliness.

I really loved the cleanliness and the way the staffs are being trained. Especially I really like the Manager of this Hotel for being a responsible and professional person willing to take up every responsibility with ease and perfection. Finally my 9 days stay has come to an end. I'm taking nothing but memo from here. Thank you once again .
