Hotel staff was great and helpful. However we were supposed to check in at night in some other hotel from oyo. We paid 2,800 Rs and then booking was cancelled and got transferred to this hotel. Our booking got cancelled before we checked in and they ripped us for 1400 rupees. Terrible service by oyo.
Room hygiene front desk people ambiance everything is excellent.value for money. But make sure you have a parking in their hotel . When i went there for a stay there were no parking so I parked my car in front of the hotel as per their guidance and i asked them is it safe to park there . They told cctv is there and watch man also there so no worries but. Early morning 3 am a milk van came and damaged my car and its a loss for me around 50k .its completely hotel's response to take care of my car . But after damage they blamed the milk van only they didn't take a responsibility. So make sure there is a parking allotted for you inside the building. Otherwise hotel is nice for staying.
Worst experience. No power from night after 2 am. When we called the helper they said they aware that there is an issue, electrician has to look in to it. Rooms are not so clean and no one attend the reception call. No service on time. No inside kitchen here. But Swiggy, Zomato's cover this issue. It's located near Sola maris auto stand.
Very worst experience of my life. I have not seen such a bad hotel ever. They do not have intercom, fan, shampoo, etc. The behaviour of the staff is also very rude. Never ever come in this hotel. Very bad experience.
Situated in a very serene location. Close to the US Consulate General office. Opposite to hotel Anandam, which is a good choice for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner aswell! The rooms are well ventilated but, there was some unusual odour in the room whenever I came back from work.
Not a place where you would like to stay. Nothing as shown in the photos in OYO app. No toiletries in washroom. Even mug is not there. The washroom was not clean, comod seat was broken, lift was not working room was not clean. Manger is supportive but facilities are not so good.

Lack of cleaning Lift was not working No towel, soap, shampoo, toilet paper anything provided Rooms are very small Shower water problem Manager was good that's only one thing Price was not same as shown on oyo app or any other app So if you're not paying in advance there are changes of extra charge
