OYO has now only become a way to make money and no service, I was charged extra. my total bill on online booking was 1908, at the time of check in the manager at night took 2200 from me, plus he was rude. while asking questions answers not given properly, no managing people only 1didi for water and etc., no proper communication given to other customers, a guy randomly knocked our door continuously and when we opened, he was like sorry "galat room me aagya". No Quality Service, No Managment only money minded people who cannot give service.

Staf doesn't have a talking sense. Rooms are not good not clean and many more things are not good don't give advance to them romm quality 700 rs only

Filthy, dirty, stinking rooms with mosquitoes every where. The dirty rooms are just for couples looking for hourly stays. And to the cherry on the top, the receptionist is the rudest person ever. Better book a dormitory instead of this property.

Staying here on of my biggest mistake Dirty carpet dirty curtains dirty all things Hotel was applying conditions that they had privacy no one can come apart from two person , Big promises of privacy and when see hotel rooms the toilet door was also not getting lock Even we didn't say we asked for refund pr to change hotel they said can't do so and not possible

Hotel Convival Sky is a terrible place to stay. The staff was rude and argumentative, and denied me check-in even though I had a booking. The rooms were small, cramped, and smelled like mildew. The sheets were stained. The food at the hotel restaurant was terrible. The service was terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I would not stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very very poor service by receptionist person.. I have order one cup off cofee they takes 30 to 35 mint and I'm asking for reason they mannerless response to me. 2.
