The gate was closed when i reached. No one respond and i have to book another hotel. I complained Oyo helpline about this but they didn't refund a penny for that.
Not up to the mark. The room was too small. The room consists of only the bed. There is no free space to walk or to sit .The taps in the bathroom were not working properly. Lots of outside noises. After 6 pm it becomes unbearable. Absolutely not recommended for a peaceful stay. Price of the food is not reasonable. Well I don't find any good reason to book this hotel for second time for myself.
Booked a room for only 600 rs. And they never asked anything extra from the online price. Very good experience. Unlike other hotels in kolkata they always take extra money from the online rate. But this hotel was exceptional in this case. Overall good stay.

When you reach to hotel they provide a dirty room non ac and told from oyo u get this and they told if you want better one then it'll charged extra money also ask extra money for AC after all this you will get dirty bedsheet while you ask for change it they told it was new one
The owner of the property was very polite & the best things of this hotel is their staff's are very friendly & helpful.they don't allow outside food but thier food is also affordable.My overall experience is very good. They don't charge any extra amount from me & not harrassed for pay any charges as per I saw the feedback from Oyo app.I will be come in again.
