I was denied an early check-in just one hour before the scheduled time. We reached here after an overnight journey and the reception staff was very uncooperative. He was rude and even denied using washroom before checking in. When we opted to look for a different hotel and cancel the booking, the Agoda app didn't even refund my amount. When asked at the hotel reception they were not at all concerned about it. I lost the money man. They have non smoking rooms. I had clearly opted for smoking rooms in the app and there's no coordination between them. They are tied up with fab, Oyo, Agoda and whatever the aggregator companies are there. This is what they do to cheat people and make some quick bucks!

Booked on agoda, said they don't have partnership with them anymore, it's a scam don't waste your time and money

I Stayed in this hotel a long back. They never gave me a bill as promised. They said they will mail me. But they never did. But staffs are good. Helpful nature. So I decided not come here any more. The only advantage of this hotel. It is close to the church. You can hear the church bell. You can go the church in the morning by walk it's only 100meters

We came to checkin 11am and we requested the room away just away from the main counter as we are with the family and uncomfortable to counter. They asked to wait till 11.30 as the previous customer is to be check out. Th existing customer checked out 11.45 and they started cleaning process, but the previous customer vomited in the washroom floor and not cleaned and with pungent smell. Finally we checked in 12.30 pm after long wait in reception. The room was not at all up to mark. When you sit on the bed its too much sound and found that one leg is about to break. Complaint it but no use. Finally we took the mattress and put in the floor. As we found its flagship of oyo, we booked. But the experience was like a local lodge stay worth of 300-400 rs. Really bad experience this time. But the reception staffs and cleaner are very good with behavior and attitude.

Location wise really good. Staff I would say ok. Cleaning staff rude. But reception staff needs to be clear with their communication. We came at 11 and requested for atleast 1 room for early checkin if room is available. Staff mentioned to wait for 10 mins and they will make it available. We had around 6 bags which we carried to second floor. The waiting area didn't had fan and as it was raining the window was also not open. It was suffocating. Well the rooms were empty and even cleaning was done but they made us wait almost 1 and half hour by saying 10 minutes. After we argued with them for room, they took almost half an hour to do checkin formalities which they could have done when we were waiting. Room in bad condition because of rains eater leaks from corners, we had our laptops with us and there was risk. Key switch is broken and sparks whenever u put key or remove. BIG RISK OF FIRE. BED in broken condition, makes noises. The wall fan, which doesn't have cover. Not big deal, but no breakfast or no service for tea etc. Money wise still ok just because of location but otherwise not recommended.

Cheating - Stay away from this place, Worst behavior by staff (Especially that rude lady). We booked this hotel and paid via online - It was all confirmed and no issues until we reach the place. Problem is during check-in, That reception lady said our rooms are cancelled. And the arguments went on she was behaving weird and scolding us. But nothing worked, They were demanding to pay extra 4000rs on top of what ever we already paid. Clean SCAM. Finally we had to leave the place with this very bad experience. By the way all the images given online is all fake, Hotel is too old building not at all good for family.

Very bad badd experience.. waste of money. Bedsheet and blanket are too smell. Sweat smell. Some used bedsheets same will fold kept near. Very bad. They don't change month and months. If u ask to change they will say just before only changed. U can't use them that much bad smell. Please don't go Oyo hotels . All are same maintenance.. only money they want. They don't give u good service.

The rooms are very good. Clean and spacious. The staffs are the most helpful ones. They helped me get all the car services in best price along with the tour package. As I was travelling with my female friend. So, definitely ut is female friendly hotel.
