Collection O 76989 Immaculate Classic Inn - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Most pathetic and dirtiest room I have ever seen. Seems like bedsheets and blankets have been borrowed by homeless beggars - so dirty and smells like fungus. Cockroachs, mosquitos and all types of insects available at the room. Worst room ever seen in my life.

Rooms and lift maintenance are okay needs some renovation and cleanliness is required they don't provide you Soap or towel.

Pretty bad experience of staying at this hotel. The bedsheets were not changed from previous occupancy. No bathroom towels provided, no phones in the room for room service. The hotel does not have a kitchen in house. The only good thing about the place is its central location. It's very poorly managed. Ended up paying INR 2,600 for this hotel which was not worth at all considering that bare minimum items were not provided. Would not recommend to anyone. Please choose only when location is more important to you and getting at a much cheaper price (< INR 1200)

Most pathetic place to stay in Goa. No room service, arrogant staff,no cleanliness. Overall pathetic experience.

Hotel's location is decent, in the city of Panjim. That is why at least 2 stars. Coming to the overall review, there are 3 major problems that we identified. 1. AC is in very bad condition. It works only if the temperature is set below 23. If you set the temperature at around 26 (which I feel is ideal) or anything above 26, then the AC won't work at all.2. The bathroom is clean but there are no basic amenities provided such as Soap/Body Wash, Shampoo, etc. And the worst part is, at least there's no bucket provided. Even to just adjust with the shower, the shower is very slowly dispensing the water.3. TV hardly has any channels coming. This usually is not an important point for me because I seldom watch TV (except during IPL) But now since I visited during April (IPL season), and since there's TV provided, I obviously expect some channels to becoming. But unfortunately no. It's completely blank.All in all, the rooms are very average and maintenance is really poor. Additional Comment: As per what I have observed, overall this Collection O chain is somehow the weakest because previously I have stayed at 2 other different Collection O hotels and I am not convinced with their overall service. So, next time I am surely going to skip Collection O for sure unless and until it really has crazily positive reviews.Note: There is no kitchen at all at this place and they don't provide any breakfast.So, don't try to book with breakfast (if at all you want to book)

Although located in a prime location with good infrastructure, The maintenance is not good. The room was very huge with twin beds and good facilities. However, the place was a bit dirty. The bed linen including bed sheet, mattress and comforter were not clean and were smelly. Need to specially mention about the bed linen which is the most important thing in a hotel, where you retire for a good sleep. Food at room service and breakfast was also ok ok.

Location was very good but the receptionist was very rude and arrogant and the the room which I stayed in had a broken AC If not for the location, would have given and 1 star rating
