Hi all Worst room service.Booked 18 rooms for a function. Each room Rs3200. I was stayed in 207. There was no towel. Informed in reception. But not get. Water tap is in broken condition .

High cost and low quality service... 1000 for non AC for overnight stay. They will provide 1 water bottle and soap shampoo but they won't provide paste and brush even if we asked. Restroom poor maintenance. Food our responsibility. For this 1000 is too much...

The hotel though looks good but need proper maintenance. With our checkin we were provided with 2 soaps no kit whatsoever, 1 towel. Room we booked was double bed however we got 2 single beds making it difficult for us to sleep with kid. A common excuse was given all rooms are full. There was a hole in bedsheet, washbasin was super small. Curtain couldn't cover the window.Experience was not good at all.

It used to be good previously but now it definitely needs maintenance. Bad linens and duvets are full of dirt strains. Curtains for window are smaller than the windows . Bathrooms are very dirty and poorly maintained. They don't provide bath kits, had to pay for tooth kit . Had to call multiples for bath towel . There is no extra latch to lock the door as anyone with smart key can easily open the room which I seriously don't find it safe in anyway. There is no card facility, no proper invoice. Lot of bugs on the bed and slept on floor . I checked in midnight and checked out early morning, so had to manage. There are better hotels nearby. Just check the photos of basin before I got to use....Poor ! This hotel is suitable only to come with friends, have drinks for few hours and leave the hotel .

No bed sheets were given and bugs torture in night

Property is nice but maintenance is the issue. I checked in just for a night. There was no automatic power backup. No restaurent, bedsheet with hole. Window curtain was smaller then window. Bathroom was provided with supersmall washbasin.

It was a horrible stay at dis Hotel.. Point 1.. never do the mistake choosing dis hotel for any purpose. Point 2... Before checking into the room... Pls check the rooms whether the bathroom is clean or not. Point 3... No proper room service. Have to call several times for the room service .... Point 4.. Room Tariffs are too high for the rooms Dey allotted us.. Overall ... Waste of money.

Easy accessible hotel near Madurai Theppakulam area. I've visited this couple of times. Decent room space for a family stay. Good AC feel and Lifts maintained very well. 2 stars reduced for the car parking. Thou they have 2 basement floor, they won't allow the car to be parked there. We were forced to find a spots in the side of the road which is a pain when you are staying in this hotel to attend some family happenings for a day or 2. Thou the location is in a ideal location price wise it is pricier. Having the hotel booked almost all peak day doesn't mean the amount they charge is nominal.
