Collection O 75912 Tidel Park - Hotel in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

Gave two stars to the room voz its very well planned and good facility, but maintained very badly , broken beds, mattress was sagging, bed panel missing. beautiful bathroom, not cleaned and dirty with salt deposits. Had to ask the cleaning guy to sweep the room, that was also not done properly. Location is good though for business. And cooperative staff.

Worst experience. At reception they are taking extra cash even after booked online and paid already also. After that if you call customer care of oyo they said always property manager is not reachable hence can't do much. Also if you ask the bills of the extra payment they won't provide you by giving an excuse that system is not working, printer issue, manager is not there etc. Pathetic service. Rooms are smelling. Beds are not clean. Bathroom not clean properly.

Stay away they are cheaters!!! I had worst experience and also heard from many people, don't trust them at all because they just attract the customers by displaying lower rates on the website like Agoda, goibibo, Oyo,etc.. and once you go for check-in they will ask you for an extra amount mentioning the website rate was wrong. If you don't give the extra amount they won't provide the room and also you will not be able to cancel the booking as the amount paid on the website will not get refunded so you are in trap to pay that extra amount.

Stayed a night here with family. Room is good.. Away from noisy area but can be easily accessible.. few cons are there. No mirror in the room and cloth holder in bath room is missing as well. TV and hot water facility is not working properly.. Hope the hotel management will fix these issues ASAP. It will be better if they provide amenities like water bottle, brush , soap kit while check in.

The room is pretty good, but the quality they gave and the interaction with the guest is poor. No mirrors in the room, only one is on restroom I don't know who can get ready by using the bathroom's mirror. The bed is broken and the covered with some wood. Blanket and the towel are dirt, I Don't think they clean properly. But the room is comfortable though, good lightings, AC works properly. Still they talks about the rules and guest policy but having fault in their owns. Worst of all.

Worst hotel ever. CHEATERS. they charge one price on goibibo . I booked room and during check-in they asked extra 500rs. That too in cash and no receipt was given . These people are worst. They lie and extract money out of customers . Don't go here. WORST HOTEL . Worst rude receptionist. He said u won't get a refund do what u can . There are many other good hotels with good people . Go there . NEVER BOOK HERE. you will be cheated.

One of the worst experience. The hotel did not exist. Also Oyo was demanding advance booking fee to reserve room for a hotel whch did not exist. My suggestion is forget Oyo and try other service providers. Oyo executives are only bothored about their incentives they gain selling rooms rather than assisting you.

Worst experience. Booked and paid on goibibo. But receptionist asked for extra 500rs cash to check-in. Threatened goibibo won't return the refund. SCAMMERS . never pay in cash for bookings always use card/UPI . DONT BOOK HERE. worst behaviour .
