Worst service, I booked from Oyo app, upon reaching they said there are no rooms available although I already paid for it. After much delay, they gave me a place. Bedsheet and the blanket were so dirty that I have to remove it myself. No room service is available. I ordered tea at nine and reminded them again at 10.30 still they didn't feel able to send one cup tea. The bathroom is so small and dirty also seems like they haven't cleaned for ages. I just booked it because it has 4.2 ratings previously. It appears that they provide a fake rating. Also, I booked a classic 2X room, but they give me a saver room which was much smaller than the classic one. Overall this hotel is poor
Room was nice, room servive was good. However, at the time.of checkout the guy sitting on reception was misbehaved as he was arguing that I had food in my room and I have to pay the bill of INR 600 while complimentary brrakfast was not provided to me. After unrequired argument finally he refresh the app n said sorry sir nothing is due. This is totally non sense. Also, parking issue is there and also the location is just simple.plot and not at all good.
Please don't ever go to this hotel. The pics are totally different from the actual property. Rooms are like trash, the washroom is so small that you can't even take bath properly.
Pathetic service. Very bad experience. They have changed my hotel in the last moment and asked me to pay extra. I was reported to oyo but both of them remain silent. Please avoid ayo, if they get better deal, they may cancel your booking. Not reliable at all.
Worst experience. Rooms are not clear. Service is not good. If you ask them for water, you will not get that. If you tell them that door is not getting locked they will tell you to let it be open as we have cctv cameras. What is this logic?
The overall room is good n hygienic , ac is working good But service is not good as well as breakfast They should atleast gave us a free water bottle
Worst hotel i have experienced till now. No hospitality.. No trained staff. No quality of good. Stay home rather than visiting the place.
Quite awesome. They have the best room service. Room was well maintained. Everything was quite good actually. Really a good experience.
