Room service is very poor, AC is not working properly. Flow hot air in place of cold. The location is on an odd place.

Worst. Toilets bad. Booked via OYO. Don't have any good thing to say about it. Rooms were exactly opposite of what they looked on OYO App. On app the looks were luxurious & actually totally worthless. Really unhygienic. Cockroaches running around. Since I had stay only for night, somehow passed the night, remaining time I was killing insects. Overall horrible experience!!!! Only good thing I can say is that it is super couple friendly for unmarried couples to come & enjoy. So, if you need a room for temporary use for only 2-3 hours as a couple. You can go and use.

The rooms were different from what they showed on oyo booking app..dirty bedsheet and towel.There was a stain on the bedsheet,I think it was the baby's pee.washroom kit are not availbe,TV not working and didn't find TV and set-top box remote.waste of money.very bad hotel service. only good thing I can say is that it is couple friendly .So,if you need for 3-4 hour as a couple. you can go and use.

Good rooms but hotel is far from main city so no shops are available here. Rest of the things like services are all good

Some of the rooms are quite spacious while some of the room we can say too cosy . The rooms were different from what they showed on oyo booking app,but the rooms which are spacious were well maintained and cleaned. The room service ,receptionist as well as hotel staff were having good behaviour. If one is visiting the hotel he must try their parantha aloo or paneer both were awesome. Hotel is located within range of approx 8 km from charbagh station. Nearest mall phoenix mall located 4 km away from hotel.

Not worth the booking. Reasons: They don't allow outside food delivery (Swiggy, Zomato) The food they prepare is below average quality and costly Hotel location makes it worst because it is outside the main city that means No food outlet nearby walking distance, or even in 2-3 km range Cleanliness is also an issue Also mostly it is booked for marriages or parties, and the marriage ceremonies going on won't allow you a peaceful stay Few things which I liked: The Hotel staff, they were quite helpful. The Hotel interiors as well as exteriors are well maintained which looks attractive. PS: People coming for exams can contact them directly so that they can give you stay at an affordable price. Good for one day stay for people coming for exams.

Worst management ever you will see Rooms were not ready to use , still they didn't took their booking off.... i had to lost 800 rs , they didn't refund the online payment, when i ask for help they just give number of another person who gave number of another person and so on. Don't go DDS LAWNS.... scammers!!#

Very Bad experience ....at the time booking the room pictures shown was different than provided. There is no facility of breakfast dinner ...smelling bathrooms dirty ...will never suggest anyone to choose OYo..
