OYO my sincere request to remove this hotel listing from your website worst hotel I have never seen with this kind of behaviour . The manager was worst . The manager is a very rude person. Staff at the accommodation is also rude. The manager had been talked to in Telgu only with arrogant language. When we came to know what he had said, then we all members also fought with him. I suggest herewith not to book a room here in any condition. If no room is available anywhere, stay at the dormetry or the bus stand or railway station, but don't go with this third class hotel.

Worst experience everWorst experience ever. The owner himself kept saying that just because it's an Oyo booking we will not provide you any facilities. On the first day he did not provide us AC but then next day i contacted Oyo support Monish he helped me with it. Hot water is only available from 5-8 in the morning as if i was staying in an hostel. After providing the AC he did not provide us hot water as well for the rest of the days. My family and I got sick there using cold water. Stayed for 4 days and only one day cleaning service was provided. Staff ignored us and the reception also ignored us. Bedsheets were not changed in those days. There were cockroachs in the room and bathroom. Dustbins were not emptied from the room. The owner told me that you paid to Oyo so i will not provide any facility. My family and I were so frustrated at the hotel we left a day early from the place. Disgusting place and service. Do not go for it guys.All the services could be provided better. Nothing was good.

Location is ok Good staff and environment are good but no fire safety in the building Otherwise, the all ok

I have personaly booked 3 rooms with this hotel. While booking the rooms, the manager and staff members talked with us politely. But the experience with this hotel is third class. Worst experience ever. I stayed here with my family for 4 days whereas i had booking for 5 days. They are the worst people ever. I booked my stay on oyo and did the online payment. They gave us the worst rooms. The bedsheets had blood drops on it. The room had cockraoches and they were stinking. They did not on the AC for 1st night but the oyo relationship manager was helpful and he resolved it. Hot water is only provided from 5-8am in the morning. From the 2nd day they did not provide that too. We had to bath with cold water due to which my whole family got cold. They cleaned the room only 1 day out of the 4 days. No bedsheets were changed. If you open the window it stinks. Most ridiculous thing was the owner keep irritating us that just because you guys had booked on oyo we wont provide any service to you. I am not earning anything from this booking all the money is taken by oyo.

Bad hotel not even worth to for money I paidNothing about the property nor even stay not even your company.When I went to the property the photo which are shown on site are different from the property. The location was poor, filled with cockroaches. Property owner switched off the main switch of A/C before my checkout. When I asked for a bill he denied at first. Provided only one small soap which was worth only u20B95 that too for 2 days. Because of you I had to pay extra amount for respective room that too from my pocket. Your company might be fraud and you arebt paying me back my amount which I had paid as part payment. I want my money to be credited back to my card from which I have paid you. Charged me extra money for extra mattress. Property owner says oyo didn't pay him 5 lakh ruppee so atleast remove the hotel from your listing.

Worst experience - Too many musquitos and they promised as no musquitos in room. Committed with 24hrs hot water but only available for 2 hrs in the morning. One of the worst part is - at the time of book they took extra amount and told will refund while vacating. Just 10 min late while vacating and charged extra amount and no refund.

unfriendly oyo room without providing basic amenities to the customers..room was neat. though very small it was comfortable for two people. location was great.the person incharge was not friendly or welcoming. as if giving room for charity was his behaviour. no soap or towels kept in place before. we call the hotel and informed that we are on way and will be check in by 2. then also the rooms were not kept ready. old lift, no water bottles provded.for everything we have ask the person sitting down. have to improve a lot.. for this price the stay is not worth. we end up feeling sober inspite of good location and comfy rooms.
