The property is CHEATING with new customers. they modified our booking and pranked us for extra cash, I called the customer care after my check out and they confirmed that the property modified the my booking before i could reach the hotel and also tried modifying my price to 1000rs but then changed it back to 451rs also they were giving us fake report of our booking price on their screen but when I started dialing OYO care the receptionist changed his words and said that now it has been updated it was a technical issue
Great service by the staff and nice rooms. Even though the rooms were a bit small & felt congested, but it was clean and has very clean bathroom/toilet.
