Very poor!!! Don't think to visit... "HOTEL HOLIDAY SCIENCE CITY" I recently visited to the hotel and faced unsatisfactory service... Firstly they Denied for booking(when you already book and paid online), demand extra charges without providing bill when you visit to the hotel, Staffs are leastbothered and not coperative, Manager is not available, Wifi is getting connecting issue on every floor, bedsheets and blankets are not clean at all...
High cost with medium quantity
One of the bad experience staying in hotel in last 6 months They don't have proper basic facilities such as good furniture , bed sheets , towel, soap etc When I asked for towel I got the towel which was in very bad condition and too my luck it was tore from middle in which I can keep my face I never thought I will get such a bad experience even after paying the high amount compared to other hotels
Room is just ok, but they should maintain hygiene. Geyser is also not available.
Nice accomodation but need to maintain the premises to attract family customers.
