Worst place . If you do not want to spoil your holidays please dont book this hotel. There are plenty of hotels in gangtok you can directly go and book there. I did advance booking on make my trip. The pictures and the reaity had a huge difference. And the MMT People will deny any assistance even if it is their fault that they have listed a lot of hotels like that without veryfying what they are in reality. The hotel pictures shows a beutiful suite and the next picture will be a beautiful view through the window. But when you reach there you will see that the window in the suite has garbage literally garbage thrown outside and the mountain view is the view through the roof. Also most of the hotels on MMT are the ones who dosent have business due to bad location or bad service. In my case it was both. They didn't serve me any breakfast while during booking i paid 400 rs extra just for morning breakfast. So I had to end up have breakfast in local resturants. My scores are 0 for MMT Service Center and 0 for this hotel. Pros : No Pros Cons : 1... Hotel is in worst possible location where you have to walk 1 km inside and the roads are fully muddy always. Literally your shoes are going to get real dirty. 2... After 8 pm the whole area is completly dark as if you are in a village 3.. Price is high .. you can get better hotels near to mg marg at the price 4 .. Service .. is worst. You are on your own, even if there is a medical emergency. The hotel guys will not help you 5 ... its like a very old place re-furnished with old furniture and coacroaches.
Excellent stay in Gangtok, very convinent and easy to commute from the main market place , MG Marg Gangtok. Good rooms with balcony. Foods were tasty. Overall good service and great hospitality.

Worst hotel I have experience....This hotel is just have lodging facility...when we reached there first they denied to take order of dinner later after requesting a lot they managed to prepare some food...LOCATION IS ALSO VERY INTERIOR The behaviour of hotel staff is annoying.please avoid booking this hotel. Total waste of money.
Amazing ambience with excellent service. Right in the capital, near the main town yet away from all the hustle bustle and noise with spectacular views from the balconies. Must visit! :)
