Visited in May 2022 and my thoughts are that the hotel staffs needs much improvement and so does the rooms specially those in the top floor and basement. Try to avoid those two areas of the hotel. Resturant is fairly good. Location is also not too bad, near the famous Dull Lake.

Location is ok but in night you will not feel safe during walk around. Parking is good. Hotel staff is good and they would like to give good services to Guest, but they don't have clean bed sheet, pillow,Towels etc. All almirahs is very dirty and you will find dust everywhere. you can book this hotel if your budget is low or you are not getting room in any other hotel or any how you have to stay in dal Lake area. Staff is very good. just Ok. but I will not prefer this hotel neither family not alone.

Just a night halt hotel. The rooms are very small and the service is bad. I will recommend this property in Srinagar only for night stays. However, it has all basic amenities including parking, shower and electric bed. The property is new but needs a facelift to fight competition.

Horrible experience. Someone among the hotel staff entered into my room at 3:00am - 3:45am today (16/12/22) by opening the door lock of Room no: 403 and took my Rs 16000. I have tried to chased that person, unfortunately I was not able to catch hold of him. The manager told us he will check the CC TV footages, so I'm waiting for it to catch hold of that person before lodging a police complaint. Feeling unsafe in a hotel during vacation for the first time with my wife and 7 years old kid.

Had been to this place with my family for staying for one day in June. We were given one of the cottages nd it had multiple issues: - Multiple lights in the room were not working including the light near mirror and bathroom. Even night lamp beside bed were not working - Bathroom door lock was not working - Bathroom was stinking ver bad which was fixed by hotel folks basis our complain by spraying some room freshener. Couldn't keep the door open. - Ring was going to reception and restaurant but no one was picking. After multiple complaints and to & fro they realised that phone at reception was not ringing.. Good thing that happened here was the food which was delicious.. Do not recommend this place to enjoy with your family and friends..

Hotel cancelled my booking without informing me that too during my tour. At 8:30 pm we were asked to check in in other property which was not up to our expectations. Hotel staff gave me different reasons for cancellation. It was utterly unprofessional behavior from Hotel Management.

We stayed here for 1 night in June price: 2.5k, rooms were clean and bathroom had geyser individually. Location is walking distance from Dal lake still a little inside like 500m. They provide breakfast and dinner option too we didn't took it though. You can stay here it's good.
