Not a great service! If I had half a star I would give this hotel that.
I had to be quarantined for 7 days in this hotel after my flight to Mumbai. On the airport they said they'll provide (breakfast, lunch and dinner) the full meal, but all they provided in lunch and dinner was 2 small chapaties with Sabji (Curry) and rice with dal, I told them I will not be full with this, could I get extra chapaties, they said it'll be 20 Rs. for 1 chapati, I said okay, I don't want it.
I was ready to stay like that but then, I found hair in the food for 2 times and 3rd time I found a plastic peice in the pickle. Then I called a supervisors and they said, okay well talk to the cook. This continued happening till day 4, after that someone took care of it and they gave me extra chapaties later that day.
They priced it way over the normal price. I thought okay, but at least they should have provided the full meal, not that even after eating the guest will feel hungry. Not everyone is same.
They didn't even fix the toilet where it was leaking water till I ask them to, and it wasn't even that clean. No hot water when I wanted to take shower and they didn't fix it till my last day.
Lastly, I went there on 25th March in morning, and I calculated my 7 days from 25th till 31st (when I booked my train at 8 o'clock in the evening). But then they said my 7 days were over on 30th only. They told me that on 31st, 45 mins before checkout. They could have told me earlier that day when I paid them, but no. Then I asked them if there is any option, they said I can stay there till 6 o'clock but I have to pay 800 Rs. without food, I was just thinking how come they can do it with their guests? Then I had to leave from there and stay on train station for almost 6 hours.
Really, it was a very dissatisfying and disappointing experience. :(

This is a lodge, and not a Hotel. Rooms are quite small - which is expected from a budget corporate lodge.
No issues when it comes to basic necessities like Wi-fi, water supply etc. Another major advantage is the location - you'll find everything nearby!
