Staff was not coordinating, they will keep you in waiting for longer than usual. If you book this hotel from any of the sites they will not agree to the mentioned price. Either they ask extra or they will say that your booking is not reflecting in their portal or app. The only plus point is LOCATION. Rooms are just ok. If location is your main priority then you have to manage with these money makers. They don't know the H of hospitality.

I can give this property more than 3 star as on third floor in office complex.not much security. Still staff is vigilant. No cover on blanket. Electricity tripping.you can't run gryser and heater same time. Taps sometimes can't be turned off.over priced. Not modern system of lock . No modern arrangement in price they r charging. Good location high priced delicious food and very good staff . You want to stay here for location and staff services only. In this price very good modern hotels are there. So many food joint nearby this place n mall too.
Pathetic service by Oyo! E booked a hotel in advance and meals were added automatically even after making payment and we were made to pay the extra cost of meals else check in could not be done. They did not remove the meal even after requesting so many times and closed the ticket without resolving. At 9am they automatically sent breakfast to our room and the lady staff talked very arrogantly when we denied having breakfast. Also, no other option than aloo paratha was available and they were not ready to make any amends. The carpets were not clean. Overall bad experience.

Hotel is very well located on Sapru marg, opposite India Awadh Hotel. In close vicinity to Indira bhawan, Jawahar bhawan. Hotel rooms are on 3rd floor and the lift is available. Rooms are bit smelly but ok for spending a night. Do check for "R O" water provided by the hotel staff. We experienced something in water and asked for pet water bottle. Brands like Dominoes, Subway, Keventers are closeby for the love of fast foods. Bun muska and chai sellers are in abundance opposite the hotel for easy snacks. Hotel doesnt have buffet breakfast, but you can order one item per person from the menu if you have booked room with breakfast. Sahara mall, Cafe Coffee Day and Bajpai Kachori are within 1 kms from the hotel.
Please beware of this hotel. I got scammed. I booked the hotel via their official website as suggested by google and I paid the amount partially online around 4000/-. When I reach to the hotel for check in, these guys denied the onboarding stating that "They did not receive the money and this is not their website". I lost around to 4000/- I paid online. Additionally, receptionist and the manager were extremely rude and unsupportive. This cased me a lot of inconvenience. I'm also going to file a cyber crime case against them.
Hotel staff is very cooperative. If you are on a business trip to lucknow and holding a big crew, you may book the whole floor without any hesitation. Food, logging, hospitality, cleaning everything is all good.
