First the lady that checks you in has a very bad attitude and she should not be in this industry. They charge us a price of 3 star property per room and the amenities they offered were not actually present. We have to change around 7 rooms in a span of 3 Hrs. As A.C was not working in any of the rooms, the rooms were not clean & we had to change the sheets after the struggle with the staff. They did not have any cutlery and there was no drinkable water available. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The place is horrendous and disgusting... I'm surprised they even have a business ..

The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help and makes us enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown. Great time there.

Very very very comfortable and safe because they have plenty of female workers on reception and help. So for couples its really great and rooms were great too in clealiness and services. Impressive. I got offer through oyo but original price for the room i suppose 1000 per night. Good to go. Khana thoda menhga hai bs.

The best Hotel in the locality with all the amenities available at a very reasonable and affordable price. Just call it Sudha INN(Collection O). You can have online bookings over OYO too as its a certified hotel. The staff and manager are very helpful and available all the time. For security and safety guard and CCTV surveillance is also made available, So feel free to park your ride here. One thing is that you can not bring outside food items inside the hotel premises but trust me food over here is very delicious with room service. This place is good for families and couples too in both ways...so enjoy it.
