Collection O 4998 Sara Residency - Hotel in Prayagraj - Prayagraj, India

I was visiting Allahabad(Prayag raj) for official purpose and I decided to stay here. This hotel is opposite to High court but not easy to notice. There were too many mosquitos and I had to ask for All-Out which hotel staff provided. Hotel staff is helpful. But area is under development and there is heavy traffic sometimes. I paid around 1300Rs for a day's stay. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms are very nice. AC/TV/Gyser is available in room. Room service is good.

Second floor no lift Bed & bath good but small No soap or towels, gave after repeated demand. Room 10*12 Ventilation one window without mesh If close suffocating - open mosquito prob. Room service poor - behaviour OK No door mats makes it dirty Tea only after 8 am. tea was not even hot cost Rs25/- a cup Location good - ambiance poor Ground and first floors shops Petrol pump just opposite Morning tea available on road side on the adjacent square. No eatables or market nearby.

Room is good. Room service is good. Toilet is clean. All food item available in menu is Not available. We can't drive car to the hotel between 9am to 5pm. Their is no facility of valet parking available.

Poorly managed but less expensive

This is the best hotel near HC. it's not only stones throw away from HC but it's services are also of A++ level. If u are in Prayagraj u should give it a try. I vouch u won't regret it.

Very bad experience.. Hotel location is really messy one... Don't go on to the photos shown ... You won't find it same.. Staff behaviour is also not satisfactory... Major issue in electricity... It keeps me sweating for 8 hours after paying so much... AC Remotea are not available in rooms.. So everyone you have to walk to change the temperature... Lift facility is not available... Really OYO Rooms status has been fallen down

Worst place I ever visited. Pathetic services, no value of money, the so called free breakfast is only one sandwich and tea, looting customers. At this place I have seen Mostly boys and girls coming for hookups which stays for one night and go. So the hotel staff has the habit of giving the same service to everyone, which they give to those coming for hookups

One of the Baddest hotel wehave stay in my life, there was no electricity whole night, lots of bed bugs and other fly's, while calling to reception they are saying it may have come today itself before it was not there, close the light it will go, Number provided on google is of no use, the person mobile is not at all working proeperly, always he is not receving the voice of caller. It's totally different than it's look on there pictures on Internet it's all are fake.
