Worst behaviour of reception staff. I called oyo representative and asked clearly that is that hotel is fine with midnight check in. They confirmed its 24/7 check in. I went with kid to hotel and they were talking rudely by saying no rooms/why you came this time and asking additional amount than mentioned amount. I tried to explain them by reading but no use. I do not go again here.
I try to search for room booking at mantralayam Result showed me at Anantapur which is 150km away and I booked the room Later I realised and try to cancel the room but not possible and 0 refund. Worst oyo experience since I started using oyo, room was a bit ok but washroom was something no one would at least get in to it, we were travelling from Mysore and tired completely, needed some rest and we do not had any other option than this, worst experience

City outskirts ( No food option) and rooms are very huge in size and quite Comfortable. Bathrooms needs to be maintained clean.
Rooms were stinky when asked they said it's the smell of room freshner, Frequent power cut, and generator won't work, lift dumped with used bedsheets and stinky mops in morning hours with no housekeeping person around Booked through portal but did accept at reception, booked with higher price.. portal showed 1800/- but counter person tuk 2200/-
Behaviour of the receptionist is very bad, he wants to rate the hotel by himself from our mobile app. He was telling that they don't bother even if the rating wasn't given as I haven't handed over my mobile. Manager behaviour is bit okay than the receptionist. Apart from that, room is neat and near by highway. I would rate negative if there was an option for the service. Such a rude behaviour. Note: pls make sure to check with Oyo customer care before booking it from any other apps, as I was told by Oyo customer care that the price is not being updated by other apps. You might need to pay extra amount if booked from other apps, if not confirmed from Oyo customer care.
Room was spacious but not clean. Bed sheet was dity and toned. Dirt and cobwebs filled the corners of the bathroom.
