visted twice : one business and one personal visit. First time it was very good experience and breakfast was great. but second time wifi wasn't working for whole of the day and breakfast quality was also not up to mark. The rooms are suspicious and clean and room service is great and the staff is very nice. Recommended if they are going to improve their wifi and breakfast services.

Really good property. The rooms are pretty good. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped with a hot shower and decent shower gel and lotion. The location is GREAT. There are lots of excellent food options around and Vega City Mall is just a few minutes by walk. There's also MTR on the top floor which is a big advantage in itself. The staff response time could certainly be improved as they required follow up calls for everything. The WiFi didn't reach our room and they didn't help us with that. The pillows had some stains on them. They looked washed but perhaps the stains weren't removable. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone. Note: There are two properties a few 400m apart with the same name. When you book, if the address refers to Mini Forest, it will lead to this property. Do check the location properly while booking a cab.

Nice hotel. Nice people. They were all supportive and made our stay very pleasant. There's a park outside the hotel, so you can go for a little walk in the morning if you like being physically active even during your vacations. There are many restaurants around the hotel so no problem in finding something to eat. Identifying the hotel at night was a bit difficult for us. Since there was no glowing boards that can be noticed from a distance if you are in a car. The reception is on the first floor. So we found it only when we started looking up out from the car window.

Mainly this hotel dos not have parking as mentioned here. It is very risk to do street parking in Bangalore. Room was nice for the paid price , clean bath room. House keeping is good. Fairly good buffet breakfast but items needs to be increased. Most of the staff are very polite. Overall value for money ----but NEVER ADVERTISE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE.

Location of this property is perfect. Right across the property there is a park named mini forest which is really a small forest with pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are good. The breakfast is very basic but as it's free we cannot complain. Will definetly recommend this if you want to spend a weekend in a calm environment.

Descent hotel for stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is also good. They serve complimentary breakfast. Rooms gets cleaned everyday. MTR hotel at top floor adds value to this place. Also forest garden locality makes atmosphere appeally.

Seen weird couples coming. There is a busy restaurant on top floor even on weekdays due to which it is very noisy in the room. Very weurd people stay here. No parking option. Very difficult to find this hotel. Receptionist very rude. Staff try to be nice at the start but later they are very non-responsive. There are card locks on door. Rooms are very dirty. Hotel has no view if you open the window. Buildings very close to each other here so worst ever view

Pathetic experience. The people working there are unprofessional and I had the worst experience of the life so far staying there. First of all they called just three minutes before updating that checkout time is 11 and adding to this experience someone entered the room with a spare key without even ringing the bell when we updated that we will be checking out at 12. The person entered without any prior notice and thank God we had changed by that time. This kind of a behaviour just to entertain the upcoming customers they treated the people who had already occupied the place since last 5 days. I would not recommend this hotel for everyone specially girls because these people miss that level of communication that there employees are not aware of the fact that if someone has vacated the place or not. All they got to say after this experience was sorry and we will refund the amount paid by you. This cannot nullify the fact that they had jeopardized the privacy of the girls living in that room 303. Do not ever choose this hotel. OYO please improve your verification before taking over any such hotel chains at least confirm weather they have an experience in handling customers privacy or not.
