Very bad experience, actually their are some different rooms for oyo customers and non oyo bookings. Rooms are very bad and unhygienic. I request him to change my room but they said you have booked by oyo so this type of rooms we have.

I booked it via oyo & when I reached there they asked for additional 500 rs and when I argued they told me to talk to oyo executives but since it was late in the night I had to pay additional amount. A very bad odour was there in the room and bedsheets were also not clean. Overall very bad experience.

They do not get rooms clean every day, they will not pick up used plates and glasses until you call the staff. Even the bedsheets and pillow covers don't seem to be clean. I have given one star only because food is good.

Lights not working properly, ac remote not working, same with exaust fan in washroom, room is fine to stay at cheap rate. And it's in main market too.

Stayed in an OYO Room here. We were 3 people staying. And for 3, the room was a little congested. The linen could be cleaner too. But the service of the staff was very prompt and ready. They were very helpful. They called an auto for us at 5am in the morning, brought non veg food from outside for us even though the hotel menu doesn't serve non veg, let us keep the luggage for about 4-5 hrs in the reception safely even after we checked out, let us use their fridge too. Anything you need, just one call at the reception and everything would be attended to.

Nice hotel. It is good place if you want to spend a night here. Food is not good at all. I used to prefer to order in zomato. Rest hotel is fine and very central to almost all the location. This hotel is situated in mid of the city. Other disadvantage is that this hotel didn't provide you bike parking here. Rest i love this place due to its location. Service is also good. If you instruct anything to hotel manager then eveything get sorted out asap that what i like most about this hotel.

Location and the staff behaviour point of view this hotel gets 2 stars from my side. However when it comes to the rooms I am hesitant to give even 1 star also. primary thing which disappointed us was cleanliness, we checked in late in the evening and were looking forward to relax and have a good sleep but the first room shown to us was having a very tiny washroom. Then we asked for second room, wherein there was no neatness again and finally we were offer 3rd room which we took it due to lack of patience. this room was again small and water flow in wash room was pathetic. flush can on work one time in 15 mins. towels were not there we had to call and ask for it. bedsheet had oil marks which we requested to change and even after changing the next bedsheet was equally in the same condition.Not sure what went wrong late in the night .. there was lot of noise of people talking loudly outside our room and room started stinking. All this things made us to check out 3 nights before our real check out date and had to look for other hotel option. In my opinion unless you are coming alone and don't care about any neatness and service, you can happily choose this property for you stay else better be away from this one. Oyo quality has degraded I believe as my previous experience of oyo rooms of Bangalore city were pleasant and which actually made us to opt for oyo rooms in other cities as well. Regretfully, there is different scenario in other cities. Oyo should take some action in doing random surprise checks on their properties to verify the maintainability and services are matching as per the commitment via text and photographs on app and websites.

Stayed here for a day and half. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic and clean. Breakfast was included. They granted my request of a late check out and did not charge for it. The staff also helped with arranging transportation whenever I needed to leave.
