Collection O 400 Calangute Baga Circle - Hotel in Goa, Calangute - North Goa, India

This place is pathetic. Location is good, close to Clangute beach at walkable distance as well as food, shops and market is available around. But quality of the hotel is really poor while it's an OYO flagship. This is a society converted to Hotel. Beddings are dirty having bad smells. Rooms are having a lot of mosquitoes as bedding etc isn't good. No lifts are available in the hotel. I was downgraded from suite to classic rooms but no refund. Breakfast is very poor. They only have bread, butter, jam and one dish like poha or upma, that's all. Tea is of very bad quality. Dishes for the breakfast are very dirty having stains. Breakfast timing is very late from 9.00 am which actually they start after 9.30 am or more. Then basically you have completely lost your morning time as you can't leave hotel before 10.30 or 11 am. Staff is very poor. This property is very much mis managed. I'd not recommend this property at all. You can find a better place at similar location in similar pricing. I had asked at other hotels.

The response of the staffs were not too good at the beginning, rooms were OK type., wished if it wud be more clean. But the resto u have there provides good food. We really liked the food there. The good part was their complimentary brkfst wch was pretty good. Wi-Fi were not connected to our rooms, they told they were working on it but we Cud nt enjoy the privilege of Wi-Fi during our 4 day stay. It's connected on the ground floor n the other hotel areas. In case, u like swimming,they have the pool and it's kind of good. Rooms and service need improvement

I had the most terrible experience with Oyo Rooms. I booked online Oyo room at their OYO Flagship 400 Calangute Baga Circle for two days 19th and 20th July 2019. The email I got was Booking Confirmed - OYO Flagship 400 Calangute Baga Circle: Booking No.: MNPX8957 for rs 5397. We saw some amazing pictures of the hotel on the OYO website. The swimming pool and the rooms looks amazing and neat. We have reached the hotel at 12 PM midnight and we were so tired. The receptionist said 'please wait sometime' (not sure he know how to operate the app, he is doing something). We have waited for more than 15 mins and then he call us for formalities. He doing very slowly and the formalities took around 25 mins. we had booked 2 rooms and they have given the two rooms on different blocks. He agreed us to change the room in the morning. Morning he said, that room is occupied and he didn't changed it. When we entered the hotel, it looks pathetic and lack of cleanliness. Swimming pool looks terrible. Issues: 1. There also was frequent power cuts, and the generators were of no use. 2. Toilet flush is not working 3. No Light in the bathroom. Please learn from mistake of my booking a room with them. I would like to suggest to everyone that they should opt for some other company for booking rooms if you want to really enjoy your vacations.

The location is really good. Just opposite to MacDonald's. The room as well as washroom is clean but the water pressure in the room was less. There is no power backup. Every evening there used to be fluctuations in power but no solution to it. The only problem lies with this Property is there's no parking space. The nearby vendor who gives bikes on rent has occupied all the parking space of the hotel. This

Not a good experience . Stayed in a big family room. The hall had no ac . Location of the hotel is good . It has no parking space which is disappointing. We have to use a public parking space which is payable 100rs everyday .Food orders to room were disappointing as well. Ordered fluffy omelette which was delivered without bread . And was charged above the menu price. The pool was green in colour (check the photos ) and had no lifeguard on duty . Risk to children's life . Breakfast too was the same everyday . Omelette was made and kept in bulk . Bread used on the third day was expired . Staff is polite .lots of cheap hotels located nearby instead check that . No lift in the hotel as well.Not recommended.

Location is very Good..between the market and Calangute and Baga beach. You can find bikes on ride just outside the hotel. They offer complementary breakfast at buffet not in room due to lack of staffs. Room service is slow. Pool is average. If you are in Goa, pool hardly matters. Rooms are clean, but daily cleaning before check out may be an issue. You have to ask 2 or 3 times for cleaning. Behaviour of reception staffs is very rude. They think like they are King because we are at their place. Rest is ok. Recommended for stay, just because of location. You can take food from outside and will have hardly any work with reception counter.

I recently made a stay at this place with ma family. Few points to share about this accommodation. +ve points. Room was quite good. It was hygiene. Very near to beach( almost walkable to beach) Staff were good. Room service was good. -ve points Swimming pool in pretend bad condition No private parking. Need to park in public parking outside the accommodation premises. Breakfast was not that good. (Except paratha) The hotel guys didn't allowed is to sit in the cafe what they have shown in the picture. So don't go by that picturesque cafe. Tables in the cafe, not that clean. Overall you can stay here with family if you can bear these exceptions of -ve points. I paid 4600 for 2 night stay..which I felt it's 700-1000 RS more for this type of accommodation. My rating 4 out of 5.

This resort is one of the best resort, it is surrounded with two beaches - 1. Baga beach 2. Calangute beach They resort staff provides free breakfast and we have to pay separate for lunch and dinner. Home service is available. Rooms are maintained cleaned and I liked the ambiance.
