Room was decent Ac geyser and Tv were working All facilities were there Staff was nice 4 km from deltin royale and big daddy casino 2-3 km from Dona Paula beach point 900m from Miramar beach Only problem is difficult to find Overall gud if you are looking for budget friendly hotel for 1 day in Panjim

Checked in very late at night and was assigned to what must be their "spare room" on the ground floor because the nicer rooms were all occupied. On my request I was shifted to a much better room with a working shower the next day where I spent the rest of my stay. That room was clean, bright, spacious and absolutely adequate for the low price. The staff are friendly and helpful and the overall experience was good.

property was very neat and clean. rooms are big and spacious. Most important the staff and owner are very very cooperative. if you need good hospitality in budget you should definitely stay here..

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is totally untrained, when at the door, they banged till it felt the door would break open! On the second day, one of the staff unlocked the door knob using the spare key, while I was in the room - changing! Luckily I latched the door from the inside! On addressing the receptionist, I was giving a cold look. I hope they're working on these issues for their own good from now on. The food was average - talking about the free breakfast they provide which is again not a buffet like most of the other hotels provide.

Spacious and clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast provided is also great! The place is also located very close to the beach and Dona Paula view point. My only issue was that the room service was a little slow and had to been given multiple remainders.

Nice rooms. But not spacious.. kind of studio rooms. Cleanliness was good. Complementary breakfast is funny. There are serving only for the sake of serving. It's better to avoid the the breakfast. Overall a below average stay.

It's close to the beach. The place is very quite. Staff is helpful. If you take bikes on rent the nearby places are very nice to just ride around at night. Ask the hotel guy to arrange anything you need. There are good restaurants to have amazing food nearby.
