The worst hotel in the whole world, they cheated me and took extra money, room dusty with cockroaches and insects, bed and blankets dirty, no room service, no proper response, the guy at the reception only told this hotel is not good better check-out! They showed 3 room to shif after i complained but all they rooms had so many issues,power issues, bathroom dirty, ac not working. They gave me a non-ac room and charged for AC room and they dint even give me a bill.
Worst experience. Staff is very rude, arrogant not supportive at all. Ac, Tv not working. Washroom was not clean, delayed in check in process had to wait 2 hrs. They don't know how to behave with Costumers, they keep spying. If you book more than 2 room's with colleagues or friends they don't allow to go each other's room. So much irritating. Only Rooms are spacious
Worst experience. Room, bathroom and bed were dirty. We followed with the reception almost for 3 hour but nothing worked.Finally we went to other hotel.
Receiving customer is good but they didn't provide water to drink and hot water to bath and not providing breakfast in the morning expect these they are providing good to all the customer.
This hotel does not deserve any star. The worst hotel i have ever been to, washrooms are not clean at all no hot water facility the staff guys are rude. Never ever choose this hotel even by mistake. Ac does not work, fan speed either too slow or too fast no speed adjustment.
