The cover of the blanket came off and discovered the dirtiest blanket ever. Urine tea/coffe spots all over the blanket. No remote control for set top box or AC was given even after repeatedly asking. Tea costed Rs 40 for half a cup and was not allowed to be added in the bill, rather has to cash only that too in "advance" for the tea. The phone in the room wasnt working either. Lobby was clean. Entrance has nice smell. Nice music playing in lobby. Place is good only service and room cleanliness needs to improve drastically to get 4+ stars.
Extremely pathetic place. The rooms were dirty, the toilet was leaking and had no flush . The TV wasn't playing. The room had no telephone which I had to get it fixed on request. Though it wasn't recharged. So no use. The hotel staff was not supportive and comforting. Horrible experience staying there. Even the basic amenities like soaps ,towels ,and Oyo kit wasn't provided
Pubic hair lying all around the toilet; towels, bedsheets were dirty. Neither the TV nor the flush worked. Don't expect hot water or proper room service. Simply put the place is thrash and not worth your money.
One of the worst experiences in my life. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, no access to hot water, extremely rude and uncooperative staff. Will not recommend at all. Choose another place instead of this one of you want a good hotel experience in Indore.
This is the most quite and silent property in bhawarkua area. Clean and spacious. Rooms are big..washrooms are clean..my stay was for 4 days and it was very good
Worst hotel I ever stayed, it was not at all maintained, dirty messy washrooms, stinky bed sheets, definitely not an option of you are going with family. I felt unsafe during my stay at hotel. Also you have to park your car on road. Always had bitter experience with Oyo Hotels.
Right now the facality is under construction. So a lot of noise and poor service, no tv working, no in house kitchen so i have to order online food. Washroom was dirty and leaking. Also damaged furniture. Kindlly resolve all such issue.
Somewhere staff was supportable ...but rooms are very bad .. no cleanliness...basin bathroom also not cleaned..... Don't judge this hotel by lobby area. Rooms you cannot see that much dirty ..
