Staff is very cooperative... Food is also decent.. at last good choice at this price

7 km far from railway station Room service was good you can take food from outside which is not available in hotel There were 2 lady and 2 gents who were always ready to help you... Overall good experience.

One of the worst and cheater Hotel. When you reach at the hotel they will tell you stories that we have already cancelled your booking via customer care. You contact them. And there will not be any response from CC , since you have been caught in a trap you have to offer extra money to save your already paid amount, and hotel will give you a compromised room then what you have booked. Don't fall in the trap of this Hotel. Better go for a lodge at Servate Bus Stand. There is no option for minus star otherwise I would have given -5 star to this hotel. Rooms are not even worthy to click photos.

Typical OYO. Unclean. No reception phone. Almost zero service.

Hotel was good, Rooms were clean but no Soap/towel were there nothing to Hang clothes inside washroom a/c and tv remotes were missing tv was out of recharge. And while waiting for receptionist There were 50-60 mosquitoes biting us.

To say the least, it was a Disaster. The rooms were really pathetic, to say the least, the bathrooms were unclean, stained bedsheets, unpainted room, restaurant not operational and dirty and reception also with torn sofas. We saw a few college students go to the hotel for some shady activities. The photos are nothing close to what has been displayed on the MakeMyTrip website. We also spoke with the Oyo team for this and they said since we have checked in they cannot give a full refund but will try for 1 night or something. We still have not received any update from Oyo team. I suggest everyone don't go by photos for Oyo hotels and check personally or ask your friend in that city to check the hotel first and then only book. We were in shock and hence did not click any photos ...BEWARE AVOID AT ALL COST We had to face embarrassment in front of the customers and had to ACC

Guest were ill treated by the hotel staff during the check-in and denied the availability of the room though the room was already booked. Also, as I have already made the full advance payment but still guest was asked to pay 30% extra. Rooms were more like boys hostel for which I already paid the charges for super deluxe room as mentioned over the site but they didn't provide the appropriate room.
