Hotel is Neat and Clean . Overall the service is good . Only issue is that rooms doesn't have hot water kettle and toiletry

Very bad experience with this hotel. Infrastructure of this hotel is good but they are zero in terms of cleaning and hygiene. My bed was full of small bugs. I didn't ask for a room change. They don't put any menu in my room. When I had ordered for my breakfast they bring the bill along with my breakfast and collect money then and there instead of collecting during checkout where my stay was for two nights. And at last I receive wrong food bill as well. Please check the photo attached showing bugs on my bed.

This hotel was good. For short stay and also long stays. No questions to couple at the reception and it is also safe. You can visit here with friends also. At first when I went there in room, it was dirty only because of some late check outs. But once asked from reception they got my room and everything around so clean. This hotel is hygienic. Don't go on negative issue. I has small amount and wanted to book a hotel having less price but was also habitatd by seeing low ratings of this hotel but throughout my stay I can say nothing is much to compare with the rating and you need to check yourself. Mujhe toh hotel bht aacha laga aur breakfast v yaha ka. The bhaiya and didi at the reception were polite enough and too helpful. If you have some questions then feel free to ask.

Had a 4 day stay at the hotel. Very good room service .extremely polite staff.. well maintained property. .room cleanliness is good . In-house kitchen serves good tasty food . Complimentary breakfast though similar every day but is. Decent.

Hotel is well located but below avg in decor. The reception is unprofessional, rude n misbehaving which makes them eligible for zero star rating. Food is below avg but pricing is OK. Services is delayed n has to be often reminded off. Bathrooms r unhygenic. Rooms r spacious.

The experience was very bad. I have stayed at this hotel frequently since 2011. It was very nice. Now from the last 3 months it had been given to OYO. From the moment I arrived at the entrance door of the hotel 2 days ago until the checkout, it was total disaster. Service was bad, behaviour of staff was bad, the bathroom drain was clogged but the hotel staff did not arrange to have it cleaned even on reporting, etc etc etc

Pathetic Service & experience I had. Worst GM of any service industry I have ever seen. Room was with lots of mosquitoes and lots of dust on cloth. Chair cover was spitten with Gutka and many thing else. Can't even imagine or advise anyone to book Ambassdor either stay or for banquet. No one is there to serve food or snacks. Delivery of food service in a party was delayed by more than 2 hours. This the Ambassdor Hotel service at Patna

I don't understand, how somebody can call it a 3 star hotel and on what basis. First when I entered hotel and checked with the person on reception, he was like I don't have reservation there and after 10 fifteen minutes he was like, I will give you some room. Ok, little inconvenience is accepted, but the room that they gave me was hight, two bed attached with two different size mattresses. How you can expect somebody to be comfortable with mattresses of different size, height and width. Room service, I called them twice and asked to deliver water and even went to reception for the same, but no response. They call you every morning and during night asking for your food orders, but when you call, you don't get response. Didn't expect this service from this place at least.
