OYO executive who booked my room has miss guided me regarding this property. Rooms are getting cigarette smell and manager created problem in 2 nd day check in and wasted my time. I don't suggest anyone to use OYO

Very expensive. Geyser and Wifi do not work. they promise and cannot deliver. POOR trained staff. Staff cannot generate bill or use computers for the same.. 50% charged for early check in. they dont keep their promise.

- Oyo app showed Rs1075 and they charged us Rs1450. Their reason was the app was not showing the the prices correctly - Very poor hygiene. Bedsheets and pillows had stains and were dirty. It was horrible. - Room was tiny. We had good experiences at others stays in better areas. - Tiny cockroaches seen often of walls and table. It was disgusting. - We were busy and needed room, so we were helpless and had to go though it. Please justify and revert, as we do not wish to have such experience . Waiting for the response.

The rooms are good and we'll equipped. But I think it could ve been made a bit more spacious. The rooms and premises are clean and tidy. Dedicated parking slot is not there but one could park their vehicles on the side of the hotel. The staffs assure safety and security to the vehicle. Food stall and restaurant is available in the ground floor and the food is also really commendable. The location of the hotel is also accessible and the City area is not to far. Food delivery companies like Swiggy also deliver to this place and the one could order food from them also. The delivery executive would bring the food till the rooms.

***THE WORST PLACE*** I booked this hotel through Oyo and went in yesterday for checking, the manager at the front desk did not care to wish or welcome, instead he was demanding us to pay higher amount than what was showing in the Oyo app. I tried speaking to him calmly and tried showing what was offered in the app, but he kept saying he cannot allow us without paying what he was demanding for. After calling Oyo customer care, someone spoke to me and put me on hold for so long and then hung up. I tried calling again, but could not get through to anyone. Since it was late, we told him that that we will pay and check in, but he denied the check in as Oyo would charge him more if I check in since I escalated them over the phone. The Manager was nothing but rude and showed his worst behavior that I have never seen in any hotel so far in entire India, he did not even have a courtesy to speak or explain anything to the guests, instead he was keep blabbering about price was not being updated in app. At the end, we had to leave and took another hotel closed by. Overall the worst experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

if you are couple and want a peaceful place than this area is perfect for you. never go to majestic and yesvantpur.. these places have so much of crowd and you don't feel relaxed. hotel is good but.... but.... room given by the hotel staffs were not that good... bedsheets were dirty.(this issue can be corrected) a hotel is available for all variety of foods. lulu hypermarket is just 1.5 kms away which is a great place to visit and metro is also approx. 2km. so overall great experience but good bedsheets could have made huge imact on overall rating

The hotel staff first of all charged double the money saying the Oyo app is not updated and so amount showing is less, doing fraudulent stuffs. If you're a couple or married couples i wouldn't suggest staying here as the staff were vere rude and impolite towards couples rooms were messy and not the same as shown in pictures.

Used the place to have a quick lunch in the Restaurant located in the ground floor of the hotel. The ambiance and cleanliness is good with open kitchen where one can see food being cooked right in front of your eyes. It has self service as well sit in facility. Food quality is reasonably good and affordable on the pocket. Fare served is sumptuous for the price charged. Take away are a big hit here
