Collection O 3340 Hotel Ashirwad Regency - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

First they take aound 10 min for complete check in process. The hotel was under renovation. They didn't even know which rooms are available. Got the room after going from one room to another which then took another 15 min. Had to ask for water bottle(which is chargeable), soap towel. In short, room was not ready. They said property has Wifi but it was working on reception only but on two floors where guests are actually staying. Overall not so good experience, only positive is the location, it is around 1km away from Bhopal railway station

This hotel management did not give full service. During the first day, there was no hot water in the bathroom, they did not give complimentary breakfast for both the days, the TVs set top box had no subscription and the manager was not sending any maintenance person to turn the TV working. The hotel manager even said that they do not allow online booking as they failed to avail us the services. This was a third class hotel as it did not avail any good service.

Hotel staff mainly reception night guy is not right he is consistently sending his staff to check room again and again, infront of me he is asking to check room 3 to 4 time, bedsheets are dirty, bathroom is also dirty, he is not allowing my people to enter in property

Hotel is good but worst tuning with Oyo, by Oyo app I booked room by Rs.601/ But at hotel they denied to give this room with this rate, I have been forced to give 1st day Rs.200 more & 2nd day Rs.300 more and it is happening with all customers who had booked by Oyo app. Even customer care of Oyo also seems helpless. So Oyo should take care & improve it's service.

Highly disappointed with oyo, after complete online billing procedure,hotel management took 489 rs apart of that due to some dispute with oyo or hotel management. Towels are not available also. Room intercom, tv was not operational.i dont want to spoil my visit. I do the payment. But it's bad experience. Oyo should refund my expenses.

It was a pleasant stay... We stayed for 3 days and it was my best experience with oyo till now... Hotel location is good and infrastructure is also maintained properly... Staff is polite and cooperative...food quality is Awesome and sufficient in quantity and they always serves meals on time.... Fully privacy maintained.... Bathroom are big and clean....just little disappointed with tv most of tv dont work properly my tv unit was not having proper volume however i didn't complaint because we don't had enough time to spend in room. Most recommended if you are traveling around the city! Great experience

The hotel has a good location. It has many small outlets nearby. Also public transport is readily available.ATM, is just across the road. Coming to rooms, the hotel is very clean. The rooms are a bit smaller as compared to the images provided, but undoubtedly the hotel is value for money. For those booking through OYO make sure you include the breakfast as its really good and is available till10:30am. I faced problem with the washroom flush but it was fixed after I mentioned the issue to the staff. They have really polite staff and 24*7 service. Overall it was a really good stay.

The experience at the hotel was an awsome one. The staff was very gentle and the room service was very much compatible. Food was also very tasty. The behaviour of the female staff sitting on the reception was unmatchable. Apart from hosting she also guided us how to visit or where to visit. She was not at all annoyed telling all the stuff we are asking. Would like to visit again to this hotel if visit bhopal. Rohan Room no-209
