I was stay in this hotel 10 days with my mother for her medical treatment. I like this hotel too much and I again wish to book this in my next future trip to chennai. Reason why I like this hotel is as bellow- * Prime location, everything available nearby hotel. * Hotel team is very nice , specially their behavior is very nice I have no word to explain , they all treat like family member. I never feels that I am in hotel . I always feels that I am in my home. * All modern facilities available in hotel. * Good cleaning , spacious room and all amenities available. * Nice breakfast. * I suggest everyone should go in this hotel without any hesitation.

Average rooms with average wash rooms. Maintenance of this service apartment is not at all good, even though this property looks very new. Used bed covers and stinky towels. Finally pathetic two idly tasteless complimentary break fast. Not worth at all

Rooms are good but reception people are not good. They are treating non-locals and locals differently. They are not even telling any rules to check-out the room. Many people don't know rules if they visit for the first time. They didn't even check if people are there in the room after the time exceeds and without asking us, they updated "extension required" in oyo status. And after that, they charged extra money.

The staff is very rude. Rooms are just average. Would not suggest it for families and the person beside my room was smoking and drinking. The Oyo manager was very rude and said to leave when asked about the checkin. The location is a bit interior and not residential type. Don't go by the ratings. It is actually an apartment and a 3bhk Flat is given as 3 individual rooms. Can be skipped.

Nice accommodation. Staff too good. I felt it good compare with many hotels in central area. It's near to pachayappa metro, local train nungambakkam station. Very convenient. No nearby restaurants. Food buy from online.

Rooms are too small for 3 people. Best if travelling alone. Might be space crunch even for 2 people. Washroom not clean. House keeping had to be called.

My first horrible experience in check in. It is not a hotel, or guest house or anything. it is a 3 storey apartment which might have went unsold. converted the bed rooms to guest rooms. I check in at 9 PM, went inside room, power went off, went to the reception fellow and asked, he asks me "isn't fan there". just did not reply anything, in 10 minutes the total wing power goes off. so I check out by 10 PM. the only thing happened is I lost 1500 rd, and peace of mind. Dear Oyo, I will be writing the same thing in Google, customer forums, and whatever source of public information. it may be your courtesy of providing services to some people, but not at the cost of safety of common public. worst ever experience in my life, I am uninstalling your app, and will never ever book through you again.

We used to stay this hotel while visiting Chennai. A nice hotel in the price range of 1500/- . Near to metro station and Loyola College. In house food is not that good.
