Too bad management. 1. WiFi was not working 2. There was no channels on TV 3. Heater is not working . 4. Water was leaking through the sealing 5. There was water leakage in AC and it was directly falling into our face while sleeping. 6. Pool was not functional 7. Staffs where good. If there was rating below 0 I would have given that, we paid Rs 11,578 for two nights and all we get is this.
A good cozy place for couple's with good friendly people around. Baga Beach is a little far fr abt 1.5kms but easily walkable. Loved the personal space and spacious room. Yes if it is about lavish place to stay the ratings will go down by 3star. Needs improvement in cleaning of rooms. Swimming pool added advantage fr lovely people and newly wedded people. Regards Rao
We stayed in a suite of Baga Alchemy for couple of days. It is a complete apartment with two rooms , kitchen and two balconies. The complimentary breakfast provided to us was tasty and fulfilling.The kids enjoyed their pool time activities which was cleaned everyday.We had a car with us which was a plus pour as it is two three kilometres away from a Calanguate market and beach. But we enjoyed the solitude of this place and even at three a.m. at night we went for partying in Calanguate Beach. The staff was also courteous and overall we had a wonderful stay at this place.It wasn't too expensive also .
We have stayed here for four days from 10th march to 14th march 2017. I got its reference from one of my friends in goa, looking at the price and service they offer, i straight away booked it. I have been here with my 10 family members and enjoyed every bit of it. Place in amazing and near to one of the most happening beaches of goa, the Baga. These guys went to extreme to help their guest feel comfortable. Breakfast they serve is resonably good and sumptuous. We also used the pool to the extent with two pool parties and nobody bothered us. We enjoyed complete privacy and also played loud music of our choice. Although the lunch and dinner were not available, but restaurents are nearby. They offer good kitchen amenities with good quality appliances to cook within the Appartments. We hired two 1BHK Appartments and 1 room. We had two children under 3 years, so one can understand the utility of kitchen. They provided good quality induction cookers with non stick cookwares, good quality chimneys were also installed in both Appartments with refrigerators. Entire staff is wonderfully helpful. Special thanks to Mr Ajay and Mr Satpal for their support and amazing hospitality. Would definitely want to visit again. Kudos to management!!!
First Class Retreat Recently we visited Goa and stayed at Treehouse Alchemy Creek - a perfect serviced apartment. It was a fabulous stay for all of us. The manager helped us a lot and always there to make our stay comfy and enjoyable. The apartment was quite big and clean. Early morning breakfast was tasty and we felt like living at our homes. A perfect homely stay we experienced. Would like to suggest this beautiful property to all those who want to explore magical colours of Goa while staying at affordable hotel.
A wonderful place for a soothing vacation. They have a group of dedicated staff members and a 24*7 availability with a smile on faces and warmth in hospitality. Sukumar, Imtiaz, Bhagwat, Baappi and other folks are too cooperative and passionate about their work and duties. We were a flock of 12 with a 3 years old kid and we were served gently at this property. Their friendly and cheerful treatment with us made our travel to Goa splendidly interesting. I'm not satisfied with service of hotel even they do not care for customers. Service is too low i'm here for since 3 days but there is no timing of room cleaning and even there is no quick response after calling reception. Receptionist always agreed to solve problem with in 15 min. But it never happened and opening timing of hotel restaurants is 8:30am and tea quality is worst ever I drunk I made me feel like this is my bad decision to book oyo hotel in goa staff is lazy. I'm suffering each n every morning so please raise n improve standard of service Otherwise people will never trust n believe in oyo
Too many insects in the room and the room was not cleaned on time when we went outside. They wanted to clean the room when we were sleeping in the evening. Someone from the reception called me and straight away asked me why I gave him a lesser rating and was putting all the blame on us!!!!! Try to be polite and don't be a goon while talking to the guest.... So disappointing
