Room is good but no proper lock and hot water. Also, there for no free drinking water, we have to pay for it. It's very disappoint for me.

Palmtree is a decent budget hotel with big room and decent size washroom.Staff is welcoming and helpful.Location is great.Metro Station is just 4-5 mins walk away.Bus Stand is just outside the hotel.Didn't face any power outage issue during the stay.Many Eating Joints and restaurants nearby.They also have a restaurant/Kitchen. Food was decent.I stayed Solo for 5 Nights.They clean the room daily.I found the Wifi/Internet slow, but mobile network was good, so didn't bother much because of it.Rooms are not that sound proof.

Great rooms. AMAZING mattresses. Very friendly staff and no complaints on the service. It was very professional. The breakfast that's provided could be better but I still enjoyed the stay. The rooms aren't huge but they are definitely elegant. They also have USB charging ports on the walls incase you forget your charging adapter and honestly think that it's a requirement nowadays. The hotel is located at a walking distance from Halasuru metro station so definitely makes commute easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay at this location

The only thing that was good was the prompt service by Mr. Vineet. Room had dirty linen, with spots and hair. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I mean there were 3 options and all them were stale.. And we had to ask the waiter to refill again and again. Tea was over, no one bothered. There was no butter.. We asked for omelette and it smelt so bad.. I had to order something from outside because the breakfast was the worst breakfast that we ever saw and experienced. Gave a three because of the service. Thanks.

A huge Thank you for a wonderful hospitality. the Rooms were clean and big and spacious. I had a wonderful stay here along with my Son's. I also thank Joyce for being considerate in accomodating my request about my Small son's spending their Splendid time with me in the room. Appreciate it very much. I shall return again and would recommend others to check-in without any hassles.

Worst experience ever! Staff are not friendly , service is not good. I would never suggest this hotel

A nice hotel with friendly and polite reception and support staff. Hotel located very close to Halasuru metro station which is walking distance. We stayed for 2 days and rooms were good but wash rooms require some proper cleaning. Overall a good stay. I requested a 2 hour late checkout which was readly agreed and was nice on their part

This hotel provided good quality facilities such as electric kettle, Central AC, reading light, water etc.. But when it came to cleanliness, I got frustrated. At first, on table there were cockroaches then I used toilet, there were hair on floor (I ignored). After that I found hair in towel fold as well, another one was not clean (I told them to change towel, they changed towels and wiped floor- still I found hair after coming back), after all this headache I saw hair on bed also (inside bedsheet..all types of hair). Uploaded photo as well. And I was too tired to make housekeeping do cleanup again, had to remove pillow covers, and wipe the dirt off.. It would have been one of the best stays, if they would have kept a basic level cleanup and supervision on it. Management should take right steps to fix this...! Yet to experience breakfast though..
