Collection O 30066 Mahipalpur - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

The rooms are neat and clean, but the management has ensured that the guests will remain unattended due to lack of staff. We had to pay for 5 rooms but were only provided with 3 rooms since there was not enough staff to prepare the remaining rooms. The receptionist who attended us was pleasing, but they were running between kitchen, rooms and reception. The management should've employed a person with super powers in order to manage all areas of a hotel single handedly.

Stay away from this hotel for some time. I am saying this because this property doesn't have licence to operate and they can simply deny you for check-in. I faced this issue yesterday. I reached there at 2pm and saw some police personnel there. I requested for check-in and the staff simply denied for the same. After few communications with the management and the oyo customer care we were told to wait for sometime and since we were out of options we had to . After 15 minutes they agreed to provide us the room and eventually started the check in process . But room was not ready. Wait wait, standard check-in time is 12PM, you agreed to give check-in at around 2:30 pm, Still room is not ready. Ohk no problem, at least you agreed. So after that they again requested to wait for 15/20 min to get room clean and ready. After 20 min we inquired for the room they again requested to give them 10/20 mins and so on. They finally handed over keys at 3:24 pm, almost after 1 hr. Room was not as per my expectations and previous experience from edition O OYO but it's ohk, atleast we had a room. One water bottle of 300ml was provided, it should be atleast 1ltr Now coming to the room service. We ordered tea for 2 when the reception guy have us the room keys ie 3:24pm and after several reminders we got the answer, "sorry sir bhul gaya, dimag se nikal Gaya" So we decided to cancel tea and leave the hotel to roam around. But when we checked out, the guy at the reception requested us to pay for the tea bill which was never served , ofcourse we didn't pay for the same as we didn't had it so for the sake of god, atleast the checkout was hassle free Final recommendation: don't book this hotel for sometime, or before booking call hotel to ask if they got licence to operate or not, also call the hotel before check-in to get room ready. 3 star represents to location of hotel. T-3 is just 15 min drive away. This is edition O and that's why I booked this. Otherwise, there are plenty of options available in that area If Property Edition O OYO or OYO itself want to chat/give any feedback, related to my review, can contact to my registered mobile number ending with 8532, which was used for this booking.

Room was nice. But room service was too slow. We had to wait for an hour just for some sandwiches and for dinner. During our 18 hours stay, for the first 6-8 hours there were no water in the bathroom. After many complaints at last we had to ask for a bucket of water for bathing.

A new boutique hotel with great amenities. Very spic and span with courteous staff. The breakfast was average but the rooms were great. Only downside was the location was improper on Google maps. And the bane board was not visible enough to figireout from a moving vehicle.

I have stayed here for two days the rooms are really Awesome. They have maintained the standards. I was completely satisfied for what I have payed. Everything is fine here, But only thing is food served here is too much expensive and food is being prepared with more oil. If you don't like food with more oil better Intimate while ordering the food. Staff responsiveness is better. I suggest this hotel for pleasant staying.

Nice room, but no mirror in the room, no gaurd for toilet paper, all new fittings, property is new, improvements requires in house keeping aspects, i think another room is connected with this room, left side door is the entrance for attached room, i have stayed over night, most economical for oyo wizard member

First of all, oyo really disappointed us. This is second experience. Now will think thrice prior to booking through oyo. The whole experience of this hotel leads to deleting oyo app from my phone and requested oyo delete my account from. This is, this much bad. Now come to the hotel. Having previous bad experiences with oyo I selected this collection O, to avoid bad experiences. Hotel is bit away from around 4-5km from airport, but OK. Uber takes 350-400INR. Entrance is without light, that's the first sign. After reaching room, we smell of cigarette, but later found left over of bidi in bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty, with residues of potty. We didn't take own shower Gels, as almost all oyo offers it as complimentary. But this OYO doesn't offer stating that they have wall mounted unit which were empty. Upon request they offered some refilled bottle, which was disgusting. Sometimes after the reception become unresponsive. We were tired of long flight to Delhi hence ordered dinner early at around 2030hrs, but they gave our orders around 2330hrs. We remain empty stomach during the time. Complimentary breakfast at more was a joke. As per basic oyo promise, they didn't offer clean linens which were covered with previous guest hairs and towels were dirty. Too poor housekeeping. Please OYO, if you are reading this , remove this hotel to keep your customer base. I left your platforms but don't do it to others.

Rooms are good... However, to locate hotel is difficult task. Breakfast was not proper was served cold even the tea. Needs a lot of improvement in terms of service and other basic facilities.
