Good service, staff was co-operative, rooms clean,breakfast unlimited and good variety, tv available but only free channels but it's covering over other good points, would recommend others to stay there. Can order food in room ,good taste and rates as same as outside restaurants. Happy with the hotel .Thanks oyo, keep it up, but rates were a bit high can keep it a bit low. But happy with the hotel.

I'm glad to see one such good budget hotel in Navi Mumbai. Worth spending. It's a newly built hotel at a quite decent part of nerul. Loved their spacious rooms and most importantly their bathrooms were cleaned well. Well mannered and polite staff. Enjoyed staying. Note - @owner - May be you can improve your food quality and quick service too.

Hot shower - Yes Morning paper - No Telephone - Yes TV - Other language channels not available. Not many options. Ac - Excellent. No noise. Hotel locality - Near to DY patil stadium. A 10 minutes walk would suffice. View from my room - No view. Wifi speed - Slow. Not up to the mark. My phone internet was faster than wifi. Total score - 4/5. A good place to stay if you're attending an event at Dy patil stadium. Scope of improvement - Wifi speed and inbound Restaurant.

I booked this hotel via Oyo.. Charged me 1890/- and for that price point it's super cheap and the rooms are just super clean and well maintained. The staff is great, specifically the guy at the front desk. I should have given this hotel a 5star rating for the price it comes at but giving it four because of a few small issues which can be solved. No.1 that the service was a bit slow. No.2 that the food as average and it was almost in the verge of getting cold when we received it. No.3 that the room had this weird smell of alcohol and cigarettes which got resolved later on.

Toilet was not clean. Outside food is not allowed and their food quality isn't that good. They didn't let me check out an hour late even when they had plenty empty rooms. Could be more helpful to their customers. overall service was good and staff was well mannered.

Hotel staff is very polite and helpful in daytime as well throughtout the night also that makes your stay fabolous. Maintenance is very good. Rooms are spacious. Quick actions are taken which can save your lot of time.

Complete failure in stay for my relative who came to see us in Mumbai, bathroom hasn't got exhaust fan to let all the steam out. Room size was way smaller than it shows in the wide angle pictures on OYO site. Intercom was not working for any assistance may required, any help would need take some time when you ask. Less caring for the family with kids in need. Nitjjbg6was nice to suggest on this occasion. I will not recommend any family with kids or big groups of travelers.

No hygeine.. rooms will smells full of smoke. And they won't provide anything like towel or even water bottle. Looks good from outside but service and ambience inside is not good.
