I stayed in the property in 18th July. Its in a prime location with Botanical Garden nearby. The room was pretty good for the price charged.
They had provided great services, nice food and clean rooms. Room service was awesome, rest rooms are clean. Customer service team was also helpful and well trained. Love their services and they treat you well. Professional staff, convenient hotel and comfortable to stay with your friends or family.
The vibe here was something different and peaceful !!
I was happy and satisfied during my stay and Love to visit again.

Reception and restaurant look clean and elegant but once you go to the room the story story is quite different. We stayed in a super deluxe room it wasn't well cleaned and it needs a lot maintenance. Toilet, shower and sink were broken, fan was awfully noisy and the hallways were dirty too.
Breakfast buffet was extremely expensive (400 per person) and the quality was below average and lacked variety. We do have to mention that the staff was very kind and helpful.

Property is good spacious rooms & service was fair enough can work on it a little, rest it was comfortable stay
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only 750 mtrs from Botanical Garden Metro station. Property ambience is good but fares low on maintenance of room and slow service. Room bell was not working. Bathroom sink was leaking water on the floor. WC seat was fitted cross. No foot mat provided outside bathroom. Requested for the same twice but never arrived. Food is good but very expensive considering the price range.
Needs to improve on room upkeep. Front desk staff is supportive but when it comes to check out there was absolute confusion amongst them. It took about two hours to prepare the bill.
