First, what I did not like - hot water is available only in the mornings, and it is just lukewarm. Breakfast is included in the price, which they get it from a nearby small Upahar stall, but taste is okay. What I liked is the willingness of the employee-in-charge (only one person doing everything from reception, housekeeping, catering to billing etc.) is extremely helpful in making sure that your stay is comfortable. Other things should meet your expectations in general.

Loved their hospitality!! There are adequate number of lifts and the room cleaner also cleans the room on a daily basis and also changea the bedsheets etc. The bathroom is also very hygienic and the room has also been equipped with free wiFi. There is also a television in the room in which mainly all the channels can be watched ranging from movies, sports to some of the favourite North Indian channels. The restaurant which they have on the ground floor is costly and the taste is also not up to the mark. Overall a great place to stay especially for corporate people and their check in time is also 24x7.

Room Size is good. Rooms are beautifully designed and constructed. But not maintained adequately. Food quality in ground floor restaurant is average. It is far from city center. You must have vehicle to commute. More megamart is just next to hotel so you can get all essential very easily. Management is average and need to follow up to get good service. Check in and check out procedure is simple and quick.

I am a frequent traveler to Bangalore and for the last few times I have been staying at Ramee Strand hotel. There are specific reasons for my choice off late. Ramee staff have been very courteous to me every single time and especially during my stay during peak Covid times. Rooms are generally well kept and they offer me a very attractive price per night. Very accommodative and budget friendly hotel and would be very happy to recommend this hotel to any business traveler. Looking forward to many many more stays at this hotel .

It's my one of the favorite place to stay. Some times cost of this hotel room will be appropriately equal to keys hotel. Staffs are friendly natured. According to me, breakfast is good. But I would say better to have outside. I have been to this place more than 10 times. Only thing Which i don't like is, in some rooms, rest room locks are not there and in some doors are broken.

I am giving 3 star only because of room. Else food and room service is very bad. Stayed here for 3 days with family. Rooms are very spacious, nice, clean and well maintained interiors. They have their own bar and restaurant. We opted for complimentary breakfast. And it was buffet. Neither food was good nor they had varieties. For all 3 days they served poha, bread jam. Very dissappointed. We had ordered food from their restaurant. Taste was good. Room cleaning is on time. But room service is very bad. You have to wait more than an hr to get spoon or plate. Even if you call them thousand times it's of no use. For 3 days we faced same problem.

I had booked for a delux room online but they offered me a standard room.When I requested for a change of room the front desk staff (a fair lady, lean built with specs)said it was not possible.I was ready to pay the difference in tariff for a better room but she was highly arrogant n non co operative in all the issues. She does not exhibit a bare minimum courtesy n decency while dealing with a guest.She was very rude n stiff n highly argumentative. I stayed from 02/10/19 to 04/10/19 .I was not happy with the rooms,they were dirty, bed sheets were not changed, telephone was not working, the toilet was not cleaned properly,no liquid soap kept in the toilet.The receptionist, the same lady was not receptive to our complaints.Over all I had a horrible stay! However I would like to put on record that my stay during my last visit in Feb 2019 was very comfortable in the same hotel & the staff at that time were very co operative n nice.But this time I was greatly disappointed becoz of the rude behaviour of the receptionist. I will not prefer to choose this hotel in future (would not refer to my friends too)unless an apology is tendered.

I had really a cool stay in this hotel. The rooms are really clean and they maintained the hygiene. Welcoming of the people working in it is so good. The restaurant and the bar is also good. They allow food from the outside too. So you can order food from if you don't like to like have in the restaurant. Overall it was a good stay. I personally prefer it.
