Sabse ghatiya hotel hain GOA ka full of scams and thieves. They will charge you anything and will cancel your booking at last time. They are scammer remember me and my words and look for safer and better options.

Nice hotel, cooperative staff, food is also good, especially lunch, dinner is OK. They r well versed in Indian cuisine. Rest u can eat and understand. They have a prompt service, they r eager to listen wat we r suggesting or asking, But wen it comes to cleanliness I would like to give 1. They don't change bed sheet on daily basis, bathroom stinks, they leave floor wet after mopping. You could try this hotel, but u need to guide them too if u want better service.

Okay, so I stayed there for 5 nights In The month of June 2019 on a family vacation. Things were quite messed with the folks there, I don't know if it was because of the rainy season or something else. 1) Swimming pool was horrible, pool surroundings were below hygienic conditions. Empty beer cans, bottles, chips packets were lying all Over the place. 2) Room service didn't know anything about the word "Service", 3 out of 5 nights they didn't clean the room. When asked they said, you should have informed the reception to clean in advance. I was a totally surprised. 4) Restaurant delivery in room, took fairly long time , more than an hour to deliver a order consisting 2 items. 5) Had to call room service multiple times to clean the washrooms and deliver toothpaste and soap. Next time..my advise, please avoid Oyo rooms...

Badly Maintained Property .Very Abusive And Rude Staff. No Cleaning And Hygiene Maintained At The Property .Worst Breakfast at Restaurant.. Ala cart food too bad in taste. Not worth. Rooms are pretty good but due to poorly maintained they always stink. Bathrooms to dirty not Clean. No exhaust fan in bathroom makes it suffocating. Management should Seriously please look into this matter. Should Appoint well professional staff and house keeping. Pool is clean and good to use. Location is equally good ..But property is badly in need of good management. My Trip to Goa stayed 5-days at this hotel was totally wasted. Would never recommend to anyone.. Please don't get fool by pictures.. They were clicked when hotel was newly open. Except from exteriors of hotel and lobby which are fairly maintained Rest all looks have totally changed in terms of Rooms and Bathrooms. Dirty bed linen. Dirty towel.. No Mannerism of any staff.. Un-co-operative And Unprofessional... Very very Bad...

The rooms are big and clean. Inside room lighting is worst. There are at least 3 switches for a single light/fan, very confusing. AC and lift were not working. The restaurant is costly, they charged RS.130 for 1 glass lemon juice. Buffet breakfast was not very good, but okay for the price. Oyo's sales calls are worst. The common washroom was not clean. Tap water was filled into mineral water jars and served in room and restaurant.

I stayed up for 4 days it was a decent experience... Pros: Staff is good.. Swimming pool is nice... Food quality is good Restaurant section staff are so polite and good Decent stay for 3 Star hotel.. Cons: Room Service is bit delayed we have to remind them twice. Washrooms are bit smaller.. Overall had a pleasant and cool 4 days stay at hotel

Pros - Big room that's why single star Cons - 1 Service is damn slow . snail speed slow . 2 Hotel seems to be way understaff. They take atleast 2 hours to bring a single bottle of water . 3 Washroom are sticky and sometimes dirty Water comes from tap 4 Food is good but again very slow in service and very arrogant . 5 Nothing is provided in room other than 2 towel and that they won't change daily . Have to explicitly asked . 6. Too much price for a single room . We booked for 3500 but it should be for max 1500 . 7. Room keys doesn't work properly .

A best hotel for stay. The location is perfect for north goa and south goa. Location is far only 10 kms from bagha beach and calangute beach and 15 kms aways from panaji ( south goa). Hotel staff is also good. I will give 4 star out of 5 for the Breakfast. All over a very good hotel for goa tour. Kindly visit once if you are in goa.
