One of the worst hotel I stayed ever, Rooms were very dirty, no hygiene at all, I stayed on 23th nov and checked out on 24th nov and after one day when I came back to my city I realised that I forgot my Apple AirPods somewhere, then I searched everywhere with me but I didn't got then I checked the location on find my app, it was showing hotels location, then I tried to connect with hotel team but unfortunately the call was connected to hotel call centre and they told u have directly visited the hotel so because of this we are unable to provide the contact no. Of hotel but anyhow in some time I got the hotel no. Then I connected with them so they told me they havent got any thing in the hotel then I shared the location pics to hotel team and again they told me same then they have given me managers no once he lifted the call on 25th nov and told me he will check it and from that time onwards he is not answering my calls and when I m calling to hotel team they are telling to talk with manager. Worst service by manager and the hotel teamand on 25th when I was calling to them another staff has been lift the phone and I told him I lost my electronic gadget over there then he told are u losted ur AirPod...... when I haven't told him about AirPod then how he came to know for which electronic gadget I m looking for. Simply these guys are telling they haven't found it and it's 20k worth of AirPod

Very unprofessional staff, they denied room just because they don't accept coimbatore ID's.I wonder is there any rules that we should not book hotel in same city. We enquired the day before, they told us we can book the room but while booking they denied stating a lame reason that they have policies that they don't accept coimbatore ID, we were put in a situation to search for another hotel at the last minute with a 1 yr old kid. It was very disappointing.

Best in Budget and service. In the heart of Gandhipuram, Ram Nagar. Very beautiful rooms, clean toilets. Better than all the hotels nearby.

The hotel located in good place. But the room maintenance is poor and the person who is working in reception is very rugget. The way he speak is not friendly. Owner need to check on this. Room maintenance need to be worked out.

Budget friendly and staffs service excellent, i stay past one year my business trip and travel time this hotel near main busstand walkable distance.... And mainly resturant available neary by so manys in this location

Rooms are good, staff behavior good, restaurants, medical shop, hotel all near by waking distance, value for money

Rooms were very dirty they do not change bed sheets and pillows. Do not stay here.

Service were very very poor . Irresponsible staff in reception. We also had bad experience with some of the staff over there. They weren't polite or even courteous.staffs were Very rude character and this hotel is not safe for especially family. We had spent one night there, but the cleanliness was very poor. The noise level from the adjacent rooms disturbed our sleep. Very dirty bathrooms . Rooms are not like as in the photos at website . I had a pathetic experience here and I would never recommend any of my friend/relatives to make a booking through this hotel. Overall rating ZERO !!!
