Collection O 2715 Bellanzo - Hotel in Kolkata, Chakpachuria - 24 Paraganas North, India

It's a budget hotel. Lacks basic cleanliness. Bathroom pretty unusable. Geyser in bathroom is of 1L , so after 2 mins u need to take bath in cold water. Room Service is pretty irregular, bedsheets and pillows are stained. Basic news channels and sports channels aren't subscribed to. Food menu is pretty limited and lacks taste. Service is pathetic , same guy who cleans your bathroom serves you food. Won't recommend for a stay.

It is far from the center but If you don't care about the location, then it is ok. The phone in the room was not always working so we couldn't communicate with the reception every time needed. We were disturbed a few times in the room without any notice! It is not a very clean place either. The sheets looked old and dirty. We asked for room service while we were out, but they changed only the sheets, not the duvet cover. They even tried to cover the old dirty spots of the sheet with a cloth, as if we wouldn't notice...I would recommend it only if you want sth quite cheap and you can sleep on old sheets for a couple of nights

Ambience is not good. Staff behavior is very good. But not worth as compare to price. Price is bit high. Rooms are very small same as washroom. If you get this hotel around 600-800 then it's ok to stay else no and Room photos are not at all matching with photos given in OYO room.

The place is just average, not worth the price if it goes above Rs 1000/night. The water heater in the room takes forever to give warm water. Besides the in house kitchen is non operational in the evening and you need to buy food from outside. Would not recommend for family stay! Keep as last option if you get no other nearby hotels!

The actual condition of the room was much worse than showed on the website - dirty, tiny, run down. The bed sheet, pillow cover, blanket were too much spots, dirty and with bad smell. Only the rooms on the 4th floor is little better in size and condition but still far from standard. They have a pet dog which barked all night - a big disturbance of sleep :( The WiFi in the room does not work (only works at the parking ground!). So, it was a terrible inconvenience. Though the staffs were trying to be helpful but could not do much because of the pathetic room condition. I would not stay here next time.

Nice rooms. Location is not that good as with many other hotels in new town. You have to walk for about 10-15 mins from the nearest bus stop Narkelbagan or have to take a cab. We checked in at around 7pm. One of the staff was impolite. Stared awkwardly. Apart from that a good experience.

Pathetic place. This is the worst experience I ever had throughout my life.i had been travelling a lot. After paying 1800 RS , the room size is too small and washroom is hard to accomodate 1 person. OYO rooms shows wrong pictures and mislead people. Better try make my trip or Go ibibo for better experience. It's a trap. Stay away . Be wise

Staff behaviour is very poor and irresponsible. They will start banging your door at 7am in the morning and hand you the breakfast. They dont care if you are asleep or awake. The bedsheets and towels are given without washing. They wont even provide you soap in the beginning saying there is no supply and asking you to call oyo if you had a problem with it. I would suggest everyone to save your time and money and book some other hotel.
