Fully disappointed firstly we have booked the hotel from Oyo then after reaching the hotel we had a different scenario the room we have booked was for two guest at Rs.900, but after reaching there they had told we don't accept Oyo booking if you want room for two persons you have to pay 1500. We didn't have a second option so we booked the hotel . After that at night we came to know when the current has gone than they have told the room they have given to us had no inverter connection and we have to shift to other room that doesn't have a AC connection that means we have to pay for AC room and stay in non AC room. Don't book this hotel at any cost very bad you have to pay double for third class facilities.

No Ceiling Fan,No Tv connection,Rough behaviour of the owner.Doesn't provide any bill .. Instead if you ask for bill ,the owner threatens to send the bill to your home address..what a pathetic hotel and owner

Don't choose this hotel if you want to have a pleasant stay with your family. Not suitable for families and children. UNSAFE!!! Bad unprofessional staff. Rooms aren't clean. Plenty of cockroaches. Linens were unclean and smelly. Toilets are bad. Flush didn't work. The day we left the hotel, there was no water in all the 6 rooms we were staying. No response from the staff even after requesting and shouting. Insensitive!!!! Very expensive for the service and the amenities provided.

Initially it was a excellent property. The main drawback is poor maintenance. The owner must understand it that it requires immediate attention...few such points are mentioned below: a) The wall mounted fan was last when cleaned I don't know b) you could provide a slipper for bathroom. c) The intercom and lift doesn't work d) Complimentary breakfast is very low in quality and quantity. you could arrange a Puri/ Paratha which will hardly charge you Rs 20 from outside as you don't have functional restaurant. Within Rs 500/- it is good option but again I am telling the property requires maintenance.

Dont book this hotel online its a fraud. When you book this hotel online through apps like goibibo, make my trip they say there is no online booking on their hotel even though it is listed on this website. It is not a clean hotel either.bad hotel!

The rooms are well made and furnished for the price. Interiors are good too. But the maintenance is very poor. There's a lift which doesn't work. There's a restaurant which is permanently closed. The doors don't lock with the keys sometimes. Some furnitures need repair. There are spots on the bedsheets and pillow covers and the blankets don't seem very clean too. The plus is that the location is good, walking distance from Baruah Chariali. And the rooms are clean and there's no foul smell as well. Staff behaviour is also nice.

one of the worst hotel I have ever experienced.Travellers are requested not to select this hotel room even if it's gonna be a one day or half a day stay. Negative points : Bathroom not at all hygienic.When you open the bathroom tap to brush or to have bath you will get water which smells irony and later after bath you will feel the iron rust smell.Atleast we can use purified bottle water to brush. Most important when you go out after you lock your room and by taking your room keys with you once you return to the hotel you will be shocked to see the room door half opened.When I asked the reception guy on a cool manner said that the door lock is not working and the house keeping we can just push the door it will be opened and this was done by our house keeping to clean the room .Atlast after a heating argument he said Sorry .It's not worth arguing with them since I know it's not safe to keep valuable in such kind of hotel nothing was lost. Please do not take any food at this restaurant .They just preheat the food that was prepared the previous day .I just saw them doing and just came out of the restaurant.So not worth staying at all.please avoid.

Affordable price @main town All is ok neat & clean. You can only stay ...they provide only lodging, "Geyser is not properly worked." 500rs per night for a single bed & Double bed is 999. And please before entering the hotel ensure that you have a I'd card original like...voter,adhar, driving licence or passport. When you book a room they provide you a bath soap and a towel. Thanks for your service hotel sky star. Please work on "Geyser"
