Rooms are well maintained and clean.. You can definitely go with your family... Price is also reasonable... For bachelor its little bit high.. But if you like to stay in very good rooms definitely go for this...

Rooms smell fungus. Not properly sanitized. Very poor room service. Even tv goes off due to poor electrical fault. One has to ask for a glass tumbler and potable hot water. Taps require plumbing. Wash basin basin tap doesn't deliver. Their cafeteria supplies are not upto the mark. Lethargic man-power. A well- built lodging like this in a prime location, can be maintained in a better way.

Room was just ok. Some rooms were spacious, some were too small. We had complimentary food, that too was just ok nothing more than that. Cleaning won't be done daily, only if u give room key at reception and insist to clean, the room will be cleaned. Cleaning was not good either. Drinking water won't be provided regularly. Tea/coffee were given at morning on some days, some days it's not there. Ac was not working. Heater works only in the morning. Overall the stay was just good, if not bad. Go for it only if u can't afford other good hotels.

People just a reminder dont fall for the name & phots. Staying experience is bad good at all! Not properly sanitised, lots of dust under the bed, if you have booked for two to three days booking then those people won't even mob your staying area and blindly says that the as per chennai corporation we are not allowed to do so. If you people book for two people staying they are providing only one towel for both. At the time of check in also try are saying outside food not allowed & zomato swiggy too. They are having their own cafetaria for the same taste is worse than the road side hotel, worst ever experienced with OYO Lake view,

The rooms are decent. But service is poor. They don't keep any toiletries in room. For towel, soap, everything you have to call reception to get it. They take more than an hour to get water bottles if you ask for. Reception staff is very unfriendly. I'll not recommend this hotel unless the service doesn't matter to you.

Stayed in one of the suits. It was an average experience. Cleanliness is a major concern, all the corners accumulated lots of dusts/dirt and the toilet is not clean. Hot water would be switched-on only on request basis. WiFi usage would be chargeable, please check before usage. No instruction note is kept inside the room. For any details we have to call the reception to get clarification and customer service is very average.

I have stayed in plenty of hotels in Chennai, but i Will never recommend this poor place. The hospitality was completely unprofessional. They will never provide their policies in clear way so that they can blame on their customer. I dint took up the stay because of the response of the personal available in the reception.

Centrally located budget hotel. Food it tasty but dining space not appealing. Better have it in room. Breakfast fruits are missing. Normally only south Indian stuff in breakfast. Does not have a bar. T Nagar market is just stone throw away so no dearth of eating houses shopping. Local train station is 3 minutes walk. Have a good stay
