Booked a room for two days. Got a room first with a non-functioning A/C and a missing TV. Moreover anyone standing outside could see the inside of the room through the see-through curtains since the room was on ground floor. Requested for another room, but they could provide one only in the next morning, as all rooms were booked. The next room was not cleaned at all. Thanks to the previous guest, he/she had made a hell out of that room. It was cleaned quickly upon my request though. Overall, the attitude of the staff and facilities were good but they need to be more careful about giving customer satisfaction.
Absolutely pathetic hotel and horrible staff. The reception and OYO customer care doesn't bother to respond. TV is for name sake. Reception landline doesn't work. Receptionist doesn't take your concerns seriously. Dirty sheets. Cockroaches all over the bed during night. Hair all over the sheets. And no room service. This will be my last stay at OYO. Local hotels cheaper than this provide better service and no cockroaches for company.
New venture. Recently taken over for oyo rooms. Resource crunch is a serious problem. I had to wait for more than an hour to get my room ready. Rooms are good yet they are required a good finishing touches. People are not that much educated enough to handle app based technology. While checking out, I had to take a considerable amount of time to let them understood how oyo app works and all.
.........After 12.00 PM also check in denied bcos they told reason as still cleaning....very unprofessional staff room was not cleaned properly.. The cigarette pieces were lying on the ground...there was no water coming in washroom and TV was not working, when complained no response.... In washroom there was no mug, totally I was fed up n checked out....when checking out I complained to the receptionist, and she was not caring for our issues.
The worst ever experience. The facility here didn't even had their ACs and Telephone extension working in the room. When i talked to them about the AC problem they simply told that they can't do anything now and i will have to wait for tomorrow to fix it. They didn't even allot us a different room with working AC. Wont recommend anyone ever to this facility.
Guys please don't check in this hotel housekeeping is very bad no washed bedsheets horrible and allowing unmaried couples. Not good for family
It's just ok.... TV was not working.... Heater has also problem .... No service after 10.00 pm.... No canteen facility even after reach at 8.00 pm.Need to improve professionalism.
AC was not working.. Fan also has a problem.. people lack professionalism.. no dustbins no buckets.. no mats.. no table.. worst service!!!
