Collection O 18828 Swagath Residency - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Good location. Good connectivity. Rooms are good and overall the hotel maintained a very clean and clear environment inside. Bathrooms are spacious. The attendants are also courteous. Only problem is that there's an existence and serious crunch in human resources. Hence, all employees herein became overburdened and overstressed. Naturally, that quietly affects the room service.

Worst oyo. Poor hygiene. No cleanliness. Lift was not working. We had to climb 4th floor. I would never recommend anyone. First of all, the room that they alloted us, bathroom was not at all clean. Then the second room, odour was horrible. It seemed as if a rat was killed and they have not cleaned. You would suffocate and die there itself. Worst hygiene. Third room the fan was not working. We have to manage somehow as we were out of choice. We asked them to spray room freshener. T. V was not working. No a single channel you can scroll on T. V. My worst stay ever. P. S- Why do they hang wall clock's which doesn't work. I wondered they don't even change clock batteries. I noticed it for 2 rooms.

Although everything in the room works, service doesn't. We had to call multiple times each time we needed drinking water. The hotel staff appeared irritated to answer any question or query. Even though there were mosquitoes in the room, they didn't provide any repellant, even after asking multiple times. The only thing they were prompt about was to make sure we check out on time. Can't recommend this place to anyone for a hassle free stay.

rooms were not clean.and toilets were dirty.and even bed sheets were dirty. there was no latch on the toilet door.lots of empty bottle water was lying under the cot.even cigarette bud was lying under the table.we informed Mr vinay who was in charge of the reception and even the sofas we were sitting in the reception was dusty. we felt no owners are coming and checking the place.oyoflagship should send some members posing as guest and check the place really disgusted and disappointed by the service never to visit the hotel again I will inform all my friends and colleagues about the incident happen to me.i stayed two nights in this place.swagat residency.

This property literally cheated us. We were a group of 25 people so we booked 10 rooms through goibibo. they denied check-in stating that rooms were full and it's not their fault and some miscommunication happened. I don't know how on earth this could be justified as I booked almost 10 days prior. Later i came to know that service at this property is too worst.Never trust this property and I already wrote to Ibibo and consumer forum regarding this issue

The room was clean when we entered,but after some time I noticed that all garbage was under the bed. Also the washroom was not properly cleaned.There was no complimentary toothpaste and lotion.Breakfast had limited option,tea was pathetic. The lady at reception is helpful.

Stayed there only for a night. Room looked nice at first glance, but once I got to the bed, there were what appeared to be dead insects on it. The "clean" towel was stained and the previous occupant's leftovers were still present in the toilet. Nobody from room service turned up even after I called twice. I was too tired to do cause a fuss, so I just went to sleep. Left early in the morning and didn't eat the complimentary breakfast as I'd lost all trust in the hotel.

In our hostel we are facing so many problems and we inform to hostel care- takers but they are not giving any response to us, they are irresponsible. In our food we are getting cockroaches and insects. And one more thing they are not washing vegetables, they are using them directly with out washing. In our washroom water is not coming properly it's coming very slow and hand shower not working properly. Their behaviour is not good they are behaving so rudely and they are lying.
