Not suitable for Girls, Family and Decent family boy's. No Room service Unhygienic No proper water in jet to clean. Location is very good as Funtainhas, out lady church and all Casino Cruise in just waking distance around 500-600 m and Panji slbus stand is also in the same distance.

Decent place to stay near bus stand and casinos in Panaji. Stayed for two nights at this hotel. This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Panjim bus stand. As i went there and took the room directly, I got 24 hour check out. Rooms are small and are ok for a single person but for two people the room maybe conjested. AC worked well during my stay in this hotel. Hot water is available for bath. This hotel does not have a restaurant attached to it so it's better to book this hotel without breakfast (Breakfast is brought from some restaurants and given to customers who have booked rooms with breakfast). Worst staff without manners... Worst rooms ... Even our country can keep our public washroom clean.. but this place is like mostly piece of garbage .. so avoid being to this place

Very bad experience, lift is not working,no sound from tv, please dnt book this hotel

Rooms are just okay (small in size) staff was polite but one of our room toilet was in very bad condition and is very small toilet sheet was like broken type making cracking sound when sit on it very bad that thing, no toiletries were provided. Ac was in bad condition. Although our second room was ok/much better. So you have a lot of scope of improvement.

Rooms were quite small and ac was al together set on 19 by default which couldn't be changed. Just you can on and off. On services, I would like to say there was no landline to call reception. Some mobile number was given for services. They don't have food house or kitchen was breakfast was taken and given to us from some other place (which was tasty and delicious) location is walking distance for casino lovers. Wine shop and restaurants are in the same lane. Thanks.

Today i. e 3/12/22 we checked in this property, we have booked through online, the photos showing in the website are purely misleading the customers and the status of this property not in condition, 1. Bed spreads not cleaned, used one provided 2. They are not providing water botel, when asks they adamantly answer they installed RO unit u can get water from there. 3. This property do not have power backup, 4. Poor in cleaning of rooms ans bath rooms 5. Notice AC, These acs belongs to 1990 The stay in this property is very pathetic and not value for money...

Stayed here for 10 days. Hotel is located centrally and accessible to casinos and bike rentals. Rooms are a bit small but comfy for 1, ok for 2. Cleanliness is an issue. Pillows were old and had mould on them. cockroaches everywhere, the hotel on the whole needs pest control done. Rooms service is good. Breakfast is Aloo paratha or bread omelette. No varieties. No dinner or lunch but can order through swiggy to your room. If you like a good morning coffee, forget it. Coffee is bad. Folks at front desk are friendly and helpful which makes up for the rest of the issues in certain way.
