Very poor service. I wish i could give them stars in negative. Extremely rude behavior of staff. They rated themselves on their own by opening our personal gmail in our phone in name of getting some code. Good Hotel with clean rooms , Nice and courteous manner of the staff. Hindi speaking and with little English they know manage to check in and out us smoothly without any hassle. Situated at a busy junction parking is limited.
Hotel is having very good location. It is nearby Gurgaon bus stand and Sohna chowk,Civil Lines and Gurudwara. Rates are very affordable and as per facilities provided. Very easy to locate and parking available outside. Rooms are ok with adequate facility. Can be considered for Bugdet accomodation only.
Don't stay in this hotel. Mr Amit he is a owner and his behavior not good. He talked like jaise kahi ka mawaali gunda hai. Everytime I saw, he beaten his staff don't know why? It's not good manner to treat like that with his staff. If I have other option to give feedback I give only 0 star.

They are fraud , after check in , they will say that a code will appear on your phone and as soon as the window for the ratings appear, they will take your phone and give 5 star to themselves, reason why their ratings are this high. I had a very bitter experience there, I had to give one star just to write this review otherwise the rating that I would have chosen would be 0.
Hotel is good issue is with restrictive staff every time I go downstairs all staff starts asking for checkout , where we are going, by when we will be back BOOKED HOTEL BUT FELT LIVING IN PG OF DAADI AMMA WHO RESTRICTS FROM EVERY THING due to which I have checked out on third day and spent rest 2 days of trip IN HOTEL DEVINE nearby of VRS.
