Very bad reception desk. I had booked 5 rooms. They were so rude while we were about to check in. They had a list of unwanted rules. They were even not ready to give rooms to people who came to attend wedding. Very bad behaviour. What's the point of booking rooms if we can't stay with our own comfort. They have not returned my refund also 3000 bugs. Every time I call they say we'll send to your account but they won't send. Very cheap reception desk.

Pathetic service and very unhygienic, sleeping in car or any waiting area in bus stand is better than staying here. Don't even think of staying here. They had forced and taken upfront payment, hence we had to stay.

Horrible experience. Staff is outrageously bad. Rooms are ok. Restroom is pathetic. Even after reminders same experience. Staff were high on alcohol. No Towel and hot water is bit tough to get. When you need some service that time the mobile number will be switched off and no intercom connection... What not...

If you have any emergency to stay in that area then it is ok otherwise rooms are very small no chairs can be adjusted in the room no packed water available no tea . Only one kind of South Indian breakfast available. No north indian breakfast available. Washroom are very much small. You can't move in the washroom. The manager promise everything but provide nothing. The OYO page don't clearly write about what kind of the breakfast is available in this hotel

New and neat rooms that is the end of any positive experience. Water problem, Bad service and horrible response; Management suggests to give what ever review you want and could not care less, threatens to process early checkout upon escallation. Never visiting Raj kamal hotel ever again.

It was nice place with good attendant.. you may get disappointed by it's location because u need to hunt for places where u could get some meal . Rooms are spacious and good as well.. location is idle . Service is good . Book at oyo u may get some offers as well.

Awesome place.. the view is just amazing as the rooms..... The given pictures are just for 3 or more persons booking.. For couples they are not giving any scenery view rooms.. but overall it was awesome
