Nice rooms and Service also Good
The rooms were clean and service was nice. The bed was huge and they had all the ammneties in a hotel which is needed including laundry. The location is a little off. It's in the middle of bhawanipore but it's in a lane which is not a proper road. It's a makeshift road and one needs to look for the hotel as it's not on the main road. The road it's on is not wide enough for two cars and if one car also goes in there is no place to turn one has to just back it up. It's a beautiful quiet neighborhood with everything available in 1min walking distance.
Lovely experience staying at oyo flagship 16097 Neeranand Ballygunj..best part about it was their great team of staff,always responded promptly to your requests. Rooms are little small but clean and comfortable. You don't get charged for water,no need to buy bottles. And they allow swiggy here.
Thing 100 times before you book this hotel.. I am a frequent traveller and frequently stay at hotels. The price and the service doesn't match the standards. Very poor.. cockroaches running around as in playground, walls stained with food stuff. Book at your own risk.
Plus Warm welcome, decent rooms, response to reception is good ( dail 9 for all your requirements), Pure Veg food cooked n servered Minus Complimentary breakfast insufficient, no mobile signal in few rooms, south Indian food available but limited Tamil Tv channels ( no Sun Tv, K Tv..), Location inside a small lane not in main road, food expensive, if your cab drops you after dropping cab has to take reverse no turning space in the narrow lane. *** They expect advance room rent, they do not believe guest ** so be prepared

I liked for it's best personalised services. They take care of you as if you are part of their family. Food is good. Simple but clean hotel.good for corporate and family guests as well .
Hotel is good. Bus stopage is so far away from this hotel. Small bazar from 200 mtr. If you order food & tea also you should wait for 40 min. Only veg food availbe in hotel.
