This is a good budget hotel. Location is good. Not far from Aminabad and Hajratganj. Well communicated with railway station too. Rooms are little bit small or compact. Hotel service was satisfactory. Room and washroom was clean. If one is looking for value for money option, then this is the place.

Whether you'll like or dislike this hotel depends on your purpose - mine was business but it's a couple-friendly hotel - so if the latter's your purpose, then you'll ignore the lack of cleanliness, small rooms, smaller washrooms, smallest lift to accommodate literally 1 person at a time, slow service & just OK food (outside food not allowed). Also goibibo ranks this hotel as 4* & shows it has parking space (which in reality is the open road) but Google Maps says it's a 2* hotel which is closer to reality. Also you can enjoy sounds of prayers aided by loudspeakers in the neighborhood 5 times a day (if you know what I mean)..to be fair, can't really blame the hotel for that.

24 Hours checkout available. Not recommended for stay. Had the same day train so took the room for hardly 3-4 hours. Bedsheets were stained. Room smelled of cigarettes. Small rooms. Washroom was ok.

Comfortable and Clean, however family should avoid frontside rooms...Nd 1 more thing...at 4 o clock you may disturb with bhajan playing at adjacent temple. Management is good but they should provide spotless bedsheets and pillow cover. At the time of check out manager asked me to pay the extra dues of tea....Which was not ordered by me...But all these discomfort can be subsidised with the phone call of manager in which she asked me whether I am having any issues ? Thanks

Ok type for solo travelers, not for family, service was very slow, even for bottle of you have to wait for 1 hour, staff was good. Location was also good, washroom are too small

Worst hotel in the Lucknow,. Pls.pls. never stay in the hotel the will always cheating with the Clints... Always taking higher money to stay in hotel and if u booked with Oyo alway the said all rooms are booked not available for urs Oyo booking, and said if u booked offline with as than have to pay higher amount than rooms available . First time I stay in this hotel just come first in Lucknow to stay just bcoz of "KHALSA". It's a khalsa inn hotel. Khalsa Saab..... KHALSA inn mein khalsa naam bekar kar rahe hai apke employes... Pls. Take care of it ... Warna hotels to duniya bhar ke hai Lucknow mein.

Well to be honest.....Not.... a good experience.....We've booked 2 Rooms and...We stayed for 2 days but..... The TV didn't worked...... In spite of constant... Calls to start up the TV...... Sometimes there is no Water supply.... at all.... in the rooms....We've to wait for a lot of time in the bathroom.... It's very frustrating.... and also wasted our lot of time.... When Using...... The bathroom..... The water spills in the Room...... and the room becomes slippery....

Well the very first thing is the compact room size. Plus there is no arrangement to hang the clothes as there is a hanger shelf without hangers. Then we have a TV that has no channels but just the free ones. Further there is a lift that can hardly accommodate a single person.
